My order showed up in a beat up, broken, used box that was taped up. The boxes the actual product came in were beat up pretty bad. The individual boxes that each product came in were totally unglued and fell apart as soon as they were unpacked. It looked like I got used product. Really disappointed for how much I paid. Will never order again.

My delivery was quick. I was informed via email if any delays or time of arrival.
The packaging was professional and my product was in the box with nice protection from breakage.

BEWARE! MALL SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!! They persuaded me to come sit and try the products, and now my eyes have been burning terribly all night. MSRP says the eye cream is $800, once I said I couldn't pay that price, they claimed they could do a rejuvenating and face correcting facial treatment, would throw in the eye cream for free. Seemed like a great deal, but once back there I was swindled and scammed. Now my face and eyes are on fire. I don't know how they're able to legally do this to people, but it's sick. I thought since I was in a respectable area, it'd have reputable shops, but I was poorly mistaken.

It's always an excuse for them, not to get a refund of the product, if they are so good why they don't offer a least 30 day trial or get you money back, because they know that the product are a big scam especially their vendors in mall or airports , they all are a BIG SCAMERS , sadly they got into my husband, I don't understand why they still in business, why the boreu do something with this company

Update: There was a reply to my review that they are not related and after further review that is bs same product same labeling its so when people google them they see they are getting a better deal than online.

I almost got took I was wandering around the mall with my son and a cute blonde pulled me aside and I was confused cause I don't wear makeup or do anything for my face. She sat me down and put some product under my eyes and was like see how good it looks all while smiling and getting extra close which was good while I'm sensing this is too good to be true then she brought products out and gave me numbers and I'm like DANG $399 for eye cream $199 for cleansing cream "which one do you want to take home" uuuuh you jk. I said I'm walking around looking for my wife I'll ask her then come back if she OKs it so she says "I'll give you my number" sweet... I told my family what happened and they're like you didn't buy it I said I did just to get their reaction they're all what the fock $400! you got scammed! I had an empty bag from a muffin I bought earlier and they're like "NOOOOO" it was a good prank we all laughed...

I ordered this for my mom and we had no idea that there was going to be additional charges by UPS. On top of the shipping costs that you charged to have it delivered to us here in Canada, UPS charged us $145.29. If my husband hadn’t happened to see the UPS charges online and paid online, it would have cost even more when they delivered it to our door. A heads up re the additional costs when I ordered this would have been appreciated as my mom was not expecting to have to pay this additional amount.

Visiting Palm Springs for the week,the sales lady stands outside looking for older women and lured me inside with a free sample. a young handsome French accented guy took over and offered me a "free" treatment. I saw improvement and bought one produce for $400! He then tried to sell me the whole package for $8000. Saying "no" each time, he lowered the price till he got to $3100,only offered to celebrities. I saw another review where the package was offered for $1800 Another bargain... Like a wounded puppy, he said good bye. Next day my phone rings, it's him again,calling to chat. I asked didn't you say I should use the product once a week? He said yes. Well, that's in 6 days. "But, but don't you want your skin to look better and youngerblah,blah blah?" I was polite, got rid of him and blocked his number. I since learned that Ultherapy is the product to use. No French speaking gigalos. I'll do my research next time. DO NOT GET LURED OFF THE STREET!
The company responded to say they aren't affiliated with the shops that sell their products. Nice Try D'or 24!

I walked into see what it was about. I sat in a chair where the sales person used an eye cream on me ($399 purchase) and then began to explain the whole face treatment that was available. Asked one of her colleagues if he could show me, of course he had time ~ and I was moved to another chair. Sat in his chair for what was supposed to be "2 minutes" - 40 minutes later I left. What started as $399 became 9K (and change), but if I bought right then he would reduce it to 4K, for the better machine (plus products were extra). I explained that I could not make a purchase of this amount without discussing it with my husband, to which I received the following replies ... "you aren't an independent woman who makes decisions for herself", "don't you have your own money", and finally "are you afraid your credit card won't go through". VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND INSULTING! Once you tell them you are leaving, without purchasing, their attitude turns hostile. NEVER AGAIN!

I agree with the many posters who say that the D'or24 Cosmetics agents in Malls and Airports are extremely aggressive. I do follow a skin care regimen, mainly containing 'The Ordinary' products. I ended up parting with $200 for an eye cream. Malls and airport departure stores should not allow these people to operate. I haven't used the eye cream long enough to say whether it works. But just the opposite of most reliable skin care companies. If you have great product at a reasonable price, you don't have to chase after customers.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Like most everyone on here, I was accosted and rushed through multiple chairs, mirrors, products, etc. I'm usually really good at avoiding these scams, but sadly I was sucked into this one. Products burn and don't do what they promise, plus they are incredibly expensive.

Great sale and shipping time. The product was a great deal on a cyber Monday sale but was not quite the product I was looking for. Still trying it out but so far I notice a slight residue that feels tacky even after a day of wear. I was trying to find an eye product I sampled with an associate at the las vegas superzoo show but this was not quite the same one.

Great product but Was surprised by the COD international shipping fee.

I love the face moisturizer and facial scrub it makes my face look so youthful I’m forty and I look 28. My beauty secret. It’s very expensive but the best product in the world. My advice is to rack up during Black Friday sales!

Sadly I fell for this scam too. The sellers all follow the same script almost verbatim. So disappointed and kicking myself for falling for it. How are these predatory sellers allowed to set up shop at the mall is unbelievable.
