The product quality is great. I ordered also a coffee pot. It didn't arrive and when I asked the support team they responded right away and sent a bigger one also.

Pans are horrible always stick so bad…
Pans are horrible always stick so bad and the black pots are stupid they silicon handle doesn’t stay on and they get very hot with it without the silicon, ontop of that the lids keep falling appart

If I could give a 0 I would.
I’ve complained about my pans many times. They stick very bad and there still brand new I haven’t used them much. I cooked eggs in it with oil and 1 minute in they burnt so as I was there scrubbing the pan so hard evne with chicken it’s horrible. Ontop of that they lack customer service they keep reading my messages and I’ve sent them prof and they just ignore

Lad være med at købe deres gryder og pander. Deres produkter holder ikke engang i 1 år. Jeg har fulgt deres brugsvejledning og alligevel skriver kundeservice flabet at det er min egen skyld at alt sætter sig fast på panden. Panden er umulig at rengøre og maden har ikke været brændt på.

Fast delivery and was packaged so the pans and glass were perfect when I received them. They are more beautiful in person then in the picture. I ordered the pinkish purple set of pans and pots. Will order again from Dorsh.

Hello,
I am a VERY satisfied costumer. My pots/pens look amazing, they light weight and a pleasure to cook in. Also, easy to clean.
Now the sad part: I do my shopping on my phone. I tried to place this order on my iPhone about two weeks earlier and I couldn’t complete the order. Then I tried Amazon USA, Amazon Germany and all high-end stores in the US. While I searched, I noticed, that other people also tried to find your product. Out of desperation, I tried to place the order on my computer, and it went through seamlessly. At the same time, just to check, my daughter tried to place an order on her iPhone, and she couldn’t make the purchase. In addition, there is no information about the free shipping. Ordering heavy items, it did concern me.
All and all: I am a very satisfied customer. I got my beautiful dishes within a week and with free shipping!
