The product quality is great. I ordered also a coffee pot. It didn't arrive and when I asked the support team they responded right away and sent a bigger one also.

Top kvalitet, uden lige
Efter at have prøvet mange forskellige, kendte mærkevare, havde jeg opgivet håbet om at finde en non-stick belægning der virker og holder i længden. Men Dorsch's kvalitet er noget af det bedste jeg har købt - punktum. Har haft en pande med keramisk belægning i næsten et år og den fungerer som om den var ny uden ridser eller afskallet belægning.
Jeg er virkelig imponeret og kan kun anbefale deres køkkengrej.
Kan også nævne at knivene jeg købte i samme tidspunkt, er super pæne skarpe og uden rustpletter eller lignende. Det ser man yderst sjældent på selv rutfrie stål knive hos andre mærker.

Its the Best buy, Iam very Happy and satisfied with my double-pan. Works perfect, just like it says in the commercial.
I would Love to buy one more for my dear Friend so that she Can enjoy her meals cooked in the double-pan.
