Dorset Nursing Supplies is a family owned business and an established and well-respected medical supply company within the NHS and the care industry. We have been a provider of medical supplies, medical equipment and incontinence supplies since 1985. We also provide our engineering services where we will fix and repair any medical equipment such as hoists, beds and much more. Our store is based in Bournemouth, Dorset, however we deliver worldwide so everyone can enjoy our amazing deals! When an order is placed from within the UK we aim to deliver it by the next day (subject to stock availability). We are happy to hear any and all reviews so we can keep our standards high! Thank you!

One week after the status was changed…
One week after the status was changed to dispatched, I have not received this parcel. Having paid £4.75 for p&p I expected it much sooner.
I had been hoping to see the item and then order another one if it was suitable. Not going to happen now.

If you have not received your parcel, please contact us and we can help you locate the parcel. £4.75 is our shipping for orders under £50.00, this is a standard delivery charge for most companies as we have to cover the cost of your postage.

My initial review was perhaps a little too over critical.
I was disappointed initially but after the way she expedited the delivery in the end I was extremely impressed.

The process of actually receiving the order irrespective of the fact I had to have a product which wasn’t the one I ordered was very poor.
Rebecca was very apologetic throughout the issue so I would hope this is just a one off.

Product is comfortable for my father who has dementia and who found ordinary cushions difficult to tolerate and get comfortable with.

Amazing service
Amazing service. We had a fridge failure and within 2 days a replacement was ordered and delivered. The service was so good, we ordered another one so we have a back up.
