Dortech delivered a comprehensive repair to an external cladding concern, which we had great difficulty in pinpointing. What could have been a long and complex process was simplified by their exceptional team.

From the point of my initial enquiry to fix an issue with a bespoke 15 year old door to resolution Dortech were thoroughly professional. The maintenance team were fully committed to resolve the issue which required a partial rehang / rebuild and their expertise rectified the issue and the door looks like new and the site was left spotless.

Superb Experience. We were looking for a company to repair and service our 15 year old Technal windows. We contacted Technal who did not hesitiate to put us directly in touch with Dortech. I am grateful that they did. End to end it has been a happy experience. Each member of the extended Dortech team we have worked with have displayed, with precision and justifiable self-confidence, exactly the expertise we were looking for. The attention to detail and customer service has been exemplary. It has been pure joy.

From initial survey of the necessary repairs to completing the work the guys from Dortech were very efficient, polite and thorough.
The work was completed in a couple of hours and all the area was left spotless.

I have spent a long time searching for a company locally to effect repairs to my aluminium and wood, double front door. I put up with rainwater seeping in beneath the door, which had been poorly fitted by a company from St Albans, who refused to return to rectify the situation. Eventually, knowing the cost would be fairly high because of the distance the repairers would have to travel (130 miles), I lit on Dortech and was pleased with the professionalism of Tracey, who prepared my estimate. I had to provide quite a few details and photos, so I had confidence in the estimating process. The repairers, Mark and Glynn, arrived at 8:30 am, having travelled 130 miles, and spent the whole day doing an amazing, detailed and meticulous job of effecting the repair on the front door, besides giving the 3 patio doors an overhaul, too. They also managed to make the door closure as good as it was when first installed 14 years ago. I was thrilled with Mark and Glynn's work rate, their attention to detail and their respect for my property. I have recommended Dortech to a couple of architect friends of mine, and would encourage anybody with a similar problem to the one I had, to get in touch with Tracey. My property is now water-tight and I can sleep at night.

Dortech Maintenance team have completed two very different residential jobs for me recently. I first contacted Dave to seek advice on a complex repair, or potentially replace, a double height ceiling sliding door, with damaged runners. Richard did a thorough site visit and evaluation on how best to approach the repair, he then explained it in detail to me. The scale of the job required a four man team who were phenomenal, giving their all physically to remove the door, refit the runners and even made the effort to clean underneath the decking. It was a huge undertaking and their attention to detail made the financial outlay worthwhile.
Three windows needed to function properly and Michael took charge of the re-sealing and finishing works very methodically. One window required a meticulous attention to detail in remodelling the hardware to make it literally fit like a glove. It took a lot of skill, time and patience to revive all three windows and what a result, they look like new.

We have been working with the Dortech Team for the last year on our residential property. The Team have been top quality in all aspects - they have helped us rectify issues which were created by a previous so called "window supplier and fitter". The Dortech Team have been extremely helpful and innovative in helping us solve problems - they have made suggestions to solve issues and have provided excellent workmanship and their responsiveness to requests is first rate.
