I started to build my website on this platform and last Monday the pages I created completely disappeared. I have contacted support multiple times without a reply and Google is telling me that the mail isn't being delivered. I'm very frustrated by this lack of communication.

HORRIBLE platform. I lost months of productivity and now after days with the platform down I cannot access my content. It seems to be held hostage. They are requesting me to pay to access my files. NO warning...or email or communication.

Customer support is a nightmare. Endless issues resetting simple things like a password. It can take over a week to address one issue, because when the US is awake they are asleep. Poor communication and language barriers. Trying to build a website is complicated. I am really good with Wordpress and other platforms but this is a huge learning curb. Not worth the trouble.

I started my online business from scratch and tried the free version of dotocmpal. First created the basics of business with limited version and understood the platform then upgraded to pro plan and build my business with full fledge. The video hosting feature is truly impeccable.

Although I have purchased the pro plan of DotcomPal but I have used on 3 features in last 3 months. Rest all are yet to be used. I have used landing page, video hosting and popups notification. Popup bars have helped me multiple times in cross selling & upselling on my landing page. Video hosting is mind blowing, don’t take time for buffering and can be given access level as per client’s payment.

The features integrated in DotcomPal are useful and their functionality is smooth. I have created two businesses with this and both are performing well. They also provide unlimited email automation.

I just like DotcomPal since it's a simple-to-build and easy-to-use platform. The best thing is that they have a lifetime free trial for new customers without any charge or credit card details and all features are accessible. After a free trial, I upgraded Dotcompal to a premium package. At a reasonably cost-effective rate, it allows small business owners to develop an internet presence with a limited budget.

DotcomPal is super awesome and I loved it for what it has allowed me to create. The process of creating sales funnel is easier with this software. It took me only one day to create funnel, from the opt-in page to thank you page because all the tools are in-built. It's a year now almost I have been using it. The customer support teams helped me a lot in learning the software.
