Alex Foster answered my questions and help me understand what was needed. DOT Compliance Group keeps calling and making us pay money to take classes and take urine tests.

Adam called our office and let us know what we needed to do every step of the way. He reached out via email as soon as he saw I was having technical difficulites and then he called me on my cell to walk me through it. He checked in on me and followed up with the process right through completion. Since then, he asked me to keep his contact info and reach out to him with any future questions or concerns.
