Will ban you any chance they get. Submitted my ID for payment, got banned! Emailed them for days to try to resolve the issue, and they said my ID didn’t comply with their standards… how? Dots may provide easy payments, but if you need help customer service is a joke, unhelpful, and not friendly.

Easy to send money and receive payments fast. Great experience with staff and customers, very helpful and professional! Good way to make money doing tasks and gigs at your own time and experience!

I wish all payment was this easy to get. They give like 5-6 different ways to get your payment. From PayPal,to Cashapp,your bank account. Couple other payment accounts,which I don't really use. I pick PayPal. I will check to see if got the payment. I wish all companies use the payment company.

I am a professional put in 34 years of experience in International organisations. This service is great because of its prompt services and responding to my mail immediately with the solutions.

They lie and say that they have paid you. They literally have no customer service and no way to get in touch with anyone when they steal your money. CRIMINAL organization.

They were supposed to check my ID for a site . Took them 2 WEEKS!!! To tell me it failed ?! How can you fail an ID check ? I understand to send better photo but fail ? Its m'y real ID ,no sens and no support . Stay away from them.

My account has been showing “Under Review” for over two months, even though I completed the identity verification when I updated my payment method. There are no pending actions displayed in my CrowdGen payment tab, and nothing on my.dots.dev indicating that further steps are required.

Because of this ongoing review status, I haven't been able to receive my paycheck from my company, and my payment of $600 has been stuck with no progress. It has been extremely frustrating, especially since the only response I’ve received from the finance team is to “wait,” without any clear timeline or explanation.

This is my first time experiencing an issue with Dots Payments, and I’m really disappointed with the overall customer support so far.

Given the impact on my income and the length of time this issue has remained unresolved

Amazing payout experience, fast support and caring founders. But nothing in life ever goes as expected, hence 1 star :)

However I believe I was underpaid because I didn't have the correct job description so I was definitely underprepared and it ended up taking longer than expected which caused me to be late for work.

Has a good choice of Payment methods, that are very convenient to make use of. Invoices and payments are a strong feature of Appen. But chat support is very important and so far none in sight.

But again we need better communication. Paypal was taken off the Payment methods chart and I was not even informed as Paypal was my default payment method and hence my last payment transaction failed. Hence communication lines like chat support are a necessity.
