Placed an order on the 1st of December 2024, after weeks of calling and no solid answers, on the 24th of January, I receive an email that my order has been returned... They're a dishonest company. This review would have been much different if they would've told me from the start that I won't be recieving my order, but no, they kept on giving me false hope that they will send it immediately, turns out they were lying. Most definitely will never order from them again, and I don't recommend you to either.

I had an awful experience with Douglas Romania. I placed an order on December 2nd 2024 , and here we are, January 12th 2025, and it still hasn’t arrived. To make matters worse, when I visited their store, I was insulted and treated with unbelievable rudeness by their staff.

I also tried to contact their customer service multiple times, but they never bothered to respond. It’s clear that they don’t care about their customers. They are completely unreliable, and I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them. Avoid them at all costs! It’s a fraud .

I ordered my daughter's favorite perfume for Christmas and for 4 days I've looked for anyone to help me out with a confirmation. The phone is not working, on the e-mail no answer, on Facebook no answer, on messenger they wrote someone will answer by e-mail and then vanished. one more day, no answer. Dissapointing

Comandat parfum din 11 Noiembrie si suntem la sfarsitul anului si inca nu au trimis un email sa-si ceara scuze ca nu au parfumul. Eu cred ca sunt scam. Nu recomand sa comandati de la ei!

I had terrible experience with douglas online this month. Firstly, they canceled my first order because they sold out of stock products.
Secondly, I reordered gift sets for Christmas and they delivered somebody else order. I called in call center for a resolution and they said that i need to wait 30 days till they finalise the investigation in their storage and i can not make order return, even if legally in Romania returns are made in 15 working days of receiving the order, without any aditional details or explanations. Very poor customer service/ care, i am feeling very disappointed of this experience.

Operativitate, seriozitate, profesionalism! Multumesc Douglas!
