Dr Ray Carter ran a training session with our team last summer focussing on developing effective specifications. The course was tweaked to meet our needs with exercises adapted to suit our industry. Following the success of our first course, we organised a second session for those who couldn't make the first. Feedback from the first session was taken into account for the second session. Ray was communicative and flexible throughout the organisation and organised a planning call beforehand to ensure alignment on expectations and needs. If I were to have one bit of feedback for improvement, the team felt that we would have benefitted from a checklist, flow chart or similar tool that could be used as a handy reference when applying the training in practice.

The CCMP course with DPSS exceeded my expectations. Ray Carter has a warm, engaging and exceptionally clear teaching style that makes even the more complex aspects of Contract and Commercial Management easy to understand. The course was not only brilliantly presented but also deeply informative, with a strong emphasis on practical application as well as theory.

Whether you're already working in contract and commercial management or looking to build a career in the field, I would highly recommend this course. It provides an excellent foundation of knowledge and practical insight that will undoubtedly enhance both your understanding and your career prospects.

CCMP Delivery of the course matter was the key factor for me. The course was excellent, with well structured content explained with clarity and easy to comprehend. Highly recommend DPSS well worth the cost and helped me in my career advancement.
