So you are making a connection at North terminal Gatwick and have a 4 hour layover but none of the lounges will let you in until 3 hours before your flight leaves. Bizarrely once you are in the lounge if your flight gets delayed you don't get chucked out you just stay as long as you like. This makes absolutely no sense to me and makes the benefit of having a card absolutely useless

In the middle of the night we couldn't sleep because the employees were making noise continuously.
There are no towels in the bathroom & bathroom not clean

I traveled from OR Tambo (Johannesburg, South Africa) to Heathrow and used my Dragonpass for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy I was able to register on the app and my entry code was accepted by both the lounges with no issues. You made my trip so much more enjoyable.

I used my Dragonpass to access the Travel Club Lounge at KLIA 2. The staff explained the process very well and was very professional. He even gave me a slip of paper with the Wifi Address and Password to me. The food was hot and quite good while the drink selection was limited. Overall, a good lounge to rest and a meal before boarding.

We had a good experience. Reception was friendly, food was tasty.

Dragon Pass is great if you travel to Asia and parts of Europe. But I am yet to find an airport lounge in the US that accepts Dragon Pass and I was most disappointed the other day in the Air France Terminal at Paris CDG to find no Dragon Pass. Not sure I will keep it going this next year, it’s not worth it.

The food selection was poor and looked like a transport cafe; stale bread without a toaster, bacon that wasn’t cooked. There were limited comfy seats because some areas had been shut off or reserved and this was at 5am. The staff just stood looking and didn’t engage or help and needed a bit of personal hygiene support. Overall an unpleasant experience.

I used dragonpass several times. It is very convenient, and easy to use. They also accept our companion to use the access unlike other priority pass. Really recommended pass

The lady at reception was super helpful as it was my 1st visit to the Bidvest VIP lounge at OR Tambo. Food was GREAT, and it was good to relax in comfortable chairs. I would suggest that they change the time from 2 hours to boarding and not departure.

The gentleman at reception was super helpful as it was my 1st visit to the VIP lounge, and I was in severe pain due to a broken shoulder and just needed a comfortable place to sit and have my beanbag warmed up.

We tried Maharba lounge for the 1st time using dragon pass. experience was good. Food and drinks were enough but air conditioning was broken. Fan was able to keep up even with that much crowd but it was 4am so it may have been an off peak time. space could be bigger because it can get cramped inside when full. Overall experience was good until we got left by our flight because lounges don't receive announcements of boarding times. Not sure if dragon pass and lounges are separate entities but maybe dragonpass can help lobby a process or a way to make sure passengers using lounges are informed of the boarding time or any announcements made by the airport, even just showing on a screen all boarding times so as to keep everyone aware when to start running to the gates. THIS WILL DEFINITELY IMPROVE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
