Drain Doctor - Bradford, Halifax & Skipton Avaliações

My Mum couldn’t speak highly enough of the service that she received today from the 2 men from Drain Doctor.

Great service . Both guys very pleasant and helpful throughout. Main drain pipe blocked with a random piece of pipe through it!
Removed sealed up and tested. Can now flush toilet roll again . It’s the small things !

Danny & Simon did the works for us. We had issues with roots causing a blockage, which led to backup. There were issues with collapsed pipes and tough piping runs, all of which the engineers were able to cope with, both swiftly and cleanly. The service was professional & communicative and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Helpful staff from calling to book appointment to the investigation. Many thanks.

Super Simon.
Called on Drain Doctor services about a leak in my bathroom. Simon arrived, assessed the problem and returned next day to fix it. Polite, with clear explanations. Reassuring manner, efficient. Fixed problem in a very competent and professional manner. Thank you so much. Will definitely use Drain Doctor again if I need any other work done.

Danny was the technician that visited our site twice for a CCTV survey. We found him to be very helpful, informative, cooperative and friendly. He was happy to accommodate our timings and even waited when we were running late. The staff members in the office were also very pleasant to deal with and helpful when I called to book in and answered all my queries. Would highly recommend.

Simon arrived within the call time I'd been told over the phone. Lovely, polite lad. Very helpful in showing me and explaining to me what was wrong. Job didn't take long once the issue had been located. Bit more pricey than I thought it would be but I would recommend Drain Doctor to anyone if you want a quick and efficient job done. 4 stars from me

Very efficient company. Prompt service and excellent
communication skills.

Drain Doctor in Bradford run by Ben and Lois Binns offer an excellent service. Our Engineer Joel made a great job of re-piping our down stairs toilet waste and even fixed the leaking Stop-Cock in our garage.
Also great communication from the office team. I spoke mainly with Sam who was very polite and courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
I would highly recommend Drain Doctor Bradford (Binns Plumbing & Drainage Services trading as Drain Doctor Bradford)

Superb explained every bit off the process and was more than helpful went above and beyond was very professional

Great communication and responded quickly. Resolved the issue and explained all the options. Would recommend.

Brilliant service from initial contact to doing a job . Fantastic attitude good price for the job they did.

I had a major problem with tree roots in my drain pipes which were causing serious problems with water backing up into my property. They came out very quickly to assess what the problem was. The were very quick at coming back out to cut through the roots and clean the rest of the pipe. They were very friendly and did a really good job, I was very impressed. Would definitely advice anyone who has a drainage or plumbing problem to use them!

Excellent communication about the job, engineers arrived on time, were extremely pleasant and personable, got on with the job and did a good job, left no mess. Definitely would recommend.

Danny did an excellent job! Fantastic service. Very quick, efficient & great communication. 😊 I would highly recommend.

Danny did an excellent job. He turned up on time, explained exactly what he was going to do. He kept us updated with how the job was going. He completed on time. All in all another great service from Ben, Danny and the Drain Doctor team.

Arrived within an hour on a Thursday evening. Really quick, helpful and friendly guy. Would definitely use again

Danny who came out to unblock my outside drain was friendly and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.
I am pleased with the overall service, the drain was dealt with the same day I made the call.

Contacted the company, who got back to me the day after. When they arrived a couple of days later, the toilet had somehow unblocked itself. Still, the plumber checked all the toilet flushes, and the drain outside and never charged us. Simon Jones was courteous and knowledgeable. I’d definitely get Drain Doctor out again. I’m just sorry it was a wasted journey for them. I am very impressed with their customer service, and focus. Thank you very much for your help.

The young man who came, his name was Simon, was very thorough and courteous in his visit. The house belongs to my 89 year old Mother and he was kind and thoughtful being in an old lady's house. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
