Phoned yesterday to leave message. Received call back within 10 minutes to arrange appointment for today. Blocked drain cleared successfully and efficiently. I particularly liked the way the problem was dealt with and explained to me. The team did really well and the company clearly demonstrates excellent customer service.

Very efficient and friendly. Arrived very soon after my original phone call. Cleared my drain, but had to come back when I found another some distance away had become blocked. This was also cleared with no additional charge. I will certainly use them again if I need a drain unblocking.

Once I reported my problem to Drain Doctor it was dealt with promptly. The team that came to do the repair were very respectful and explained what they would have to do to complete the repair. The work was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of mess.
I would certainly recommend using them to anybody.

Excellent service by Graham, Lee and two men that sorted the blockage in pipes to my WC. Call out on a Saturday night, cleared the blockage and identifying root ingress from large tree in garden. They returned to sort the pipes, uplifted slabs and removed the weeds. Reinstating the garden. Great job. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Called Drain Doctor when my mums downpipe and waste pipes became blocked after the heavy rain filling up her sink and bath with mucky water and flooding the kitchen floor. The guys came out next morning, cleared pipes and gave some good advice to prevent this happening again. They were friendly and helpful and gave a discount as my mum is a pensioner!
