Brilliant service, helped with our Shower leak and identified the cause very quickly. No expensive leak detections and no leaks since the repair. Also helped with the cracks caused by the leaks for no extra charge. I'd highly recommend and will use again.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this team. Extremely quick response to my enquiry, literally next morning I had Dave & Sam turn up to look at a cracked soil pipe, they sent photos and a review back to the boss who sent a really good quote out within a couple of hours. At 5pm the same day the lads turned up again to complete the job and did an absolutely amazing job. Great customer service, explained everything that was happening and what could go wrong, luckily the problem was straight forward. I honestly can’t recommend this company highly enough, would definitely recommend and would use again.

The guys from Drain Doctor were punctual and professional. Explained the possible causes of the issue and were systematic in identifying then clearing the problem.

We called Drain Doctor at short notice for a full CCTV survey and remedial jet-clean on a tricky Victorian drain run. From the first phone call the office team were upfront about costs and availability. The engineer arrived bang on time, explained every step, and treated the site with real care (dust sheets down, no mess left behind).

The kit was first-class – HD camera, sonde locator, and the report landed in my inbox the same afternoon complete with clear stills, depths and a straightforward action list. What really stood out was the attitude: polite, positive and genuinely keen to solve the problem rather than upsell.

Good value, no surprises on the invoice and a spotless finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Drain Doctor – Maidstone and will be using them again on future projects.

Came out the next day. Mapped out all our drain runs and explained where all the problems were. Sorted the problem and advised on aftercare to prevent further blockages. Transparent with the costs. Overall really happy and would highly recommend.
