dropped a message Thursday evening, got a call friday to get booked in and Saturday they were there, unfortunately i wasnt so I rebooked for the following day. Got here quoted me the amount let me know up front what the issue could be and then got right to work, finished promptly, cleaned up and was on his way, no changes to the price quoted which is an issue ive had with other companies.

Great company. Very responsive, but most of all reassuring. The technician explained everything he was doing and cleaned up after.

Jack our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He arrived on time and worked hard to complete the repairs needed on our sewer/drain pipes. Would recommend for any drain or sewer problems.

I would only use these guys, they are brilliant. If you want help to get sewers through adoption they can help you.

Drain was unblocked very quickly. Worker was very polite and they also gave alot of handy tips to avoid further issues. Would recommend

Drain Doctor came out very quickly to unblock our drains. The man who came to our house was very efficient, courteous and friendly. He quoted us for some work and said we would get a video of what he had found today. Unfortunately, we didn't get a copy of that video until we had formally accepted his quote for the remedial work. This work was carried out over 3 days and after he had finished, you couldn't really tell that he had been doing any work at all. It did take a bit of chasing to get all the final videos of the repair work but we did get them eventually. Only time will tell if the repairs have worked.

Great Service, very professional. We had a problem with our drains and booked a call out for the following day. First thing in the morning we had a phone call to check the situation and confirm the booking. We then had another call to let us know an engineer was on his way. The engineer arrived and checked the problem and gave us a quote. He carried out the work and cleaned everything up afterwards. He did an exceptional job. After he left we had a follow up call from the office to ensure we were happy with the work. I would definitely recommend this company if you ever have a problem.

The technician was great and fixed the blocked drain super quickly.
We really appreciated the quick call out.

The time between initial call and the technician arriving was about an hour. I may have been fortunate in that he had finished a job not too far away. He identified the cause of the problem and dealt with it professionally. Everything was cleaned up on completion and I settled up. It wasn't cheap but then again I don't have access to the specialist equipment required and I don't have the stomach to deal with what he had to clear.

They were great, turned up when they said they would, did the job perfectly even though it wasn’t the easiest, remained cheerful and left zero mess.

Sounds really obvious but so many tradesmen today don’t do any of that!

I would highly recommend and will use them again.

Jack was so kind and explained everything he was going to do and how the sewer pipes needed to be fixed,I would definitely recommend Jack for his knowledge and skills

Able to book an appointment immediately. The engineer was shown the problem a blocked drain in the bath. It wasn’t a straight forward fix as he had to remove bath panel and pipe work. This was carried out competently and soon had the drain unblocked. I would certainly recommend the Drain Doctor.
