Draz Pakistan is not doing business, only looting Pakistani customers, we order, and pay by wallet, but they do not deliver, am facing the issue, and I'm not the only one, other 40+ customers are complaining, you may check: the voice of customer draz: page, where every second person is complaining,

Placed on 24 March, and still not delivered, I spent much time complaining, complaining no **************, and **************, when you ask them what is status of my complain, they will only reply, team is working on it. No prove.

I can't see my tracking, that is what effort they made at my complaint, no one called me on my phone, and customer service agents just giving us a lollipop.

So please avoid buying anything from draz, they did not convert their business and just looting people.

I must share a recent nightmare experience with DRAZ (#170954780582646), turning a routine delivery into a frustrating ordeal. Placed on November 5, 2023, at 01:32:05, my order failed to arrive, and attempts to contact DRAZ's helpline (021-111132729) dated 10/11/2023, 11/11/2023 proved futile:

2:07 PM - 14 minutes: A brief, unproductive call with no resolution or clearly informed me that your delivery has been failed.
4:59 PM - 6 minutes: Held for few minutes with no assistance.
4:57 PM - 49 seconds: No resolution, no clear information.
4:40 PM - 10 minutes: No positive results or assurance.
3:23 PM - Outgoing call failed: I experienced an outgoing call failure at 3:23 PM when trying to contact 021-35371031 Contact attempt failed.
12:12 PM - Incoming call received 021-35371031: False information about imminent delivery, leading to over 9 hours of waiting.
Misleading information about rider attempts added to the frustration, later confirmed as fake during continuous calls. Shockingly, when contacting Phone: 0300 7615584, 21 Old Civil Line, Fateh Sher Road, Sahiwal, the DRAZ representative's behavior was aggressive and insulting, claiming not to be a representative.

Consumers, beware of DRAZ's unreliable service and disrespectful representatives. Urging collective action for a better customer experience.

If you've faced a similar experience, consider joining the boycott to protest against such negligence. Despite multiple attempts, my delivery failed, and DRAZ's lack of responsiveness is disheartening. No accountability from DRAZ heightens the frustration.

Astonishingly, my delivery failed despite DRAZ helpline assistance for timely delivery, exposing the helpline's helplessness.

Fellow purchasers, consider alternatives to avoid DRAZ's unreliable service. This incident underscores the need for decisive action against such negligence. Let this review be a cautionary tale and a call for essential improvements within DRAZ's operations.
