I purchased the DJI Air 3S, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the overall service.

Shipping ease, communication and results were all 5 star.

Dr. Drone provided excellent service. I live in the United States and was looking for the DJI Osmo Pocket 4, which was not available here. I contacted Dr. Drone by phone, and they were extremely helpful throughout the process.

I placed my order online, and they shipped it overnight as promised. Dr. Drone did exactly what they said they would do and provided outstanding customer service.

My only issue was with UPS. If you're ordering outside of Canada, I would strongly recommend avoiding UPS for international shipments. UPS failed to deliver my package on time, lost track of it, and ultimately delivered it to the wrong building and address. I was able to recover the package myself, but the experience was frustrating, and I have still not been refunded for the shipping costs.

To be clear, Dr. Drone was excellent. The problem was entirely with UPS and their international delivery service.

I first bought my DJI Mini 5 Pro from this store. I needed to talk to the staff as I had a hiccup at some point, and it was resolved quickly. Subsequently I ordered an extra battery, and finally returning for another battery, a charging hub and the Start RC CPL filter. From this store alone, I was able to stock up on everything I need, have consultation available if needed and just overall given a friendly prompt service.

Product was exactly as advertised. For the price of the drone I would have thought it better to ship with a courier not Canada Post, waited a week to arrive.

This is the third drone that I have purchased from the doctor, and it is their high level of commitment to the customer that brings me back. I now live in BC but I didn't even consider anyone else. My only complaint is that they use Canada Post surface mail for delivery.

Very happy with the service I recieved. I had done some research on what I wanted and the recommendation matched the product I thought I would buy The gentleman working was friendly and helpful, and generally seemed happy to help me.

Drones and drone accessories available in store. Staff are super friendly. Store is nicely set up with demo drones and gear also...Thanks for the DJI hat. All the best Dr Drone

I ordered the Mini Pro 5 as a birthday gift for my husband. The service was super quick in receiving it.
He also own the Mini Pro 4, but needed to be sent back to the company for repair. One it was received, within just a few hours I heard back from a service tech and quoted a price for repair. Its honestly the best service we received in a long time. Great job Dr Drone !

Great communication about what has to be done and reasonably price. Less then 2 weeks to ship, repair and return.
