Dreamwave sold me horrible headshots. They looked really fame and didn't fit on my social media platforms. They also don't have any links where they get the 2000 five out five reviews. The whole wesbite is false.

I purchased the “Creative AI Generation” package from Dreamwave.ai, expecting to receive the advertised service. Instead, I was sent a link to so-called “free” headshot generations — along with a note saying, “upload your photos, and we’ll tell you how much more you need to pay to get the headshots.”
My account had no access to any creative generation tools. The “Creative Generation” section on the site simply redirected me to pay again.
I contacted their support multiple times, explaining the issue in detail and attaching screenshots showing that I had no access to what I paid for. However, each time I received the same automated reply: “Did you read the terms? Here’s the link (to the headshots).” It felt like no one was actually reading my messages.
The entire interaction appeared designed to delay and frustrate the process, making it harder to request a chargeback. Based on my experience, the advertised product was not delivered at all. I strongly advise not to make any payment on this site.

They charged me without my consent for a subscription a year after I last used their services. I requested a chargeback.

Dreamwave automatically billed me for a subscription renewal I did not sign up for. I emailed them the same day, and they told me they were unable to refund the subscription even though I did not even use the service (Tried to cancel the same day I was billed for a RENEWAL). Additionally, you are unable to cancel the subscription without getting a hold of customer service. Recommend you find a different AI portrait company because these guys are shady.

I used their service after reading a few good reviews on websites that seemed trustworthy.
After I paid and uploaded some images of mine I got a notive that I'll receive an email with a link to download my AI-generated portrait images once they are ready. The processing time was given as a few hours.

I never got the download link. Emailed their support and got no answer. And forget about the refund.

Very poor quality product and output. I used this services after reading several recommendations on reputable sites about how good this company is for AI headshot generation. I don’t regard them as reputable anykore. They must been paid marketing budget to create hype. I asked Dreamwave for a refund. They refused quoting T&Cs. I’m not aware of any T&Cs I saw during the process of signing up. Avoid at all costs. Other competitors provide far superior product and with great customer service and education.

they are marketing themselves as 100% free AI headshot generator, once they force you to upload five photos and to provide them with your email address they will ask you to pay to get your photo! Which I find very scammy!
