Just tried it. Great work. But, I am sorry, it is not good enough yet
Good
* Website is really nice and smooth
* Registering with credit card and cancelling afterwards worked no problem
* Uploading CV worked fine
Not so good
* Problem 1: Found like 100 jobs, but only first 3 are relevant, of those one was posted 1 month ago. I suspect that the website is tuned for USA, looking for jobs in Europe is a little harder.
* Problem 2: How does it actually apply? For the old one, there was an automated button to apply, so now it will take 24h to apply, whatever that means. If it can somehow bypass Workday automatically, that would be super nice of course, will update when I see it. For the other two though, there was only the button to "Open Job". One of them just opened the job, suggesting I upload the generated CV and cover letter myself, which is like 90% of total work. The latter one had a broken link.
* Problem 3: The Cover Letter and CV look like shit. Cover letter looks like notepad saved as PDF. I don't know if humans read these sometimes, but if they do they would not be impressed. CV looks a little better formatted. Still, CV is like 99% copy of my master CV. Which is really bad. Master CV has 300% of necessary information, so that AI can tailor it to each job posting. Whatever AI you used, it just copy-pasted the entire master CV by maybe adjusting a few lines, doing no selection whatsoever on what is relevant and what is not. I regularly apply by tailoring my CV using most basic Gemini AI, and it does quite a decent job. I don't understand why your specialized solution is not as good as Free tier Gemini.

Thanks for the feedback (and for trying out the product!). It is indeed a work in progress, but we're aiming to improve at lightning speed.
First, you introduced us to a new approach we hadn't seen before with resumes! Adding everything and letting the AI comb/filter honestly isn't a bad idea, we just hadn't solved for it.
We now have - try running your resume and cover letters again. We think you'll be much more impressed with the output. We continue to evaluate these every week until they're nearly perfect.
For how it applies, we have an agent that brings the submission directly to the employer site and fills out the forms on your behalf. We do have workday solved around 70% of the time and we're lookng into the other failures. Some ATSes are just much more complex to automatically solve, so again, we'll continue to improve this capability with time.
Lastly - we are US focused at the moment, so I would expect a slightly worse experience in Europe in terms of selection and execution. We're not giving up on it, though, and will be injecting more European jobs over the next month or so.
