Heel lang heb ik nagedacht over een correctie. Mijn neus is altijd me grootste onzekerheid geweest
Maar ik heb nooit echt de stap durven te nemen. Want wie weet nou wat ik echt wil en bij me past als ik zelf al moeite heb met stap te nemen omdat ik het niet weet. Ik ging op zoek naar een arts, eentje die vooral op ‘traditionele’ wijze een natuurlijke look zou creeeren voor mij. Beetje van me zelf en een beetje correctie. Ik kwam uit bij dr erman. Zelf contact met ze opgezocht en kreeg direct de ass Rabia die gelukkig nederlands sprak. Ze was duidelijk in communicatie en altijd goed bereikbaar. Dat gaf natuurlijk vertrouwen en werd mijn stap er naar toe steeds makkelijker. Nadat ik de arts telefonisch ook nog sprak om goed aan te geven wat ik wou werd stap steeds makkelijker.
Eenmaal de dag van de operatie is alles gelukkig goed verlopen. Ze werken snel, waar door het vooral op je afkomt maar alles verliep aangenaam en kwalitatief goed. Zowel de operatie, als ziekenhuiszorg, na zorg en begeleiding .
Verder ben ik zelf een emotioneel persoon dus toen ik eenmaal terug in het hotel was en de anaesthesie voor bij was kreeg ik veelal emoties omdat ik een stukje van me zelf had losgelaten en dat wekte veel bij me op. Door de ass rabia erna ook aan je denkt en contact met je legt heb ik goed met haar kunnen praten. Ze had me op die basis goed opgevangen en gaf me comfort in haar woorden. Gevoelens horen er ook allemaal bij. Na 7 dagen zag ik de dokter voor de check en ook dat verliep aangenaam. Ik ben gelukkig en wel met het eindresultaat. Het herstel zelf heeft tijd nodig dat weet ik en dat is ook belangrijk in het vertrouwen van mijn lichaam wat ook duidelijk is aangegeven.
Mocht je dan toch kiezen voor plastisch chirurg, ik raad dr erman ak/ clinic era zeker aan.
Spijt krijg je niet

Super tevreden met mijn nieuwe lichaam ! Ik heb een buikwandcorrectie en liposuctie en ooglidcorrectie laten doen . Dr Ak is een zeer betrokken arts die goed is in contact. Hij is eerlijk in welke resultaten haalbaar zijn en gaat voor natuurlijk resultaat . Ik heb een super mooie navel gekregen .

I had been wanting to get upper eyelid surgery for a few years & decided to take the next step. I did a lot of research on different surgeons but from day one Dr. Ak’s team was beyond amazing. His coordinator answered every single question I had & was always available when I needed it. I had a video consultation with Dr. Ak before traveling there & that helped ease my nerves a bit. Let me tell you, beyond grateful I found him. He is knowledgeable, caring, professional & made me feel at ease before, after surgery & even now when I reach out. I ended doing the upper eyelid, brow lift & fat transfer. Today it’s been a month since the surgery & I am loving the results.

I’m currently 8 weeks post-op from my breast augmentation with a lift, and I finally feel ready to share my experience — one I’m genuinely grateful for.

Leading up to my surgery, I was incredibly nervous. As with any major procedure, you hear so many horror stories, so naturally, I was scared. But from my very first video consultation with Dr. Erman AK, I instantly felt at ease. He was professional, kind, and incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns. I knew then that I had found the right surgeon.

Upon arriving in Istanbul, the car service pickup was prompt and smooth. The hotel we stayed at looked amazing aesthetically, but unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match up — there was no AC, the room was uncomfortably hot, and the staff was quite rude. Food also arrived cold. It wasn’t ideal, but I reminded myself I was there for the surgery — not a holiday — and just focused on what really mattered.

The next day, I had all my pre-operative checks, and I have to say — I was so impressed. Dr. AK’s clinic doesn’t take shortcuts. They checked everything thoroughly — Full blood count, Serelogy blood test, Chest x-ray, Heart checks , E.C.G and general health — which reassured me that my safety came first.

I was then taken to my hospital bed/room, which was nice, spacious and very clean. After changing, I had the anaesthetist who personally came to speak with me before surgery. He was gentle, kind, and reassuring, which really helped calm my last-minute nerves. That level of care means a lot when you’re about to go under.

The Surgery itself went smoothly. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. The nurses at the hospital were wonderful — kind, patient, and attentive. Constantly checking in, topping up my medication, making sure i walk around so my blood was circulating. Even though there was a language barrier, they were so sweet. One nurse in particular kept calling me “baby,” which made me laugh and feel cared for in such a vulnerable moment. Again, the hospital food wasn’t great, so I ended up ordering my own meals, but that’s honestly a small issue compared to how well everything else went.

As for the results — Dr. AK did an incredible job. I initially wanted a larger size, but he advised me to go for something more proportionate to my body. At the time, I was hesitant — I really wanted to go bigger! — but looking at my results now, I completely understand and agree with his recommendation. There are still moments where I think, “Hmm, maybe I could’ve gone a little bigger,” but I know I made the right choice trusting him. He priorities long-term satisfaction and safety, not trends or financial gain. You can tell that Dr. AK is not money-driven — he’s a true professional and a man of integrity who really cares about his patients.

A special thank you must go to Rabia, Dr. AK’s assistant. This woman is an absolute amazing. From our first consultation, she was warm, empathetic, and attentive. During my time in Istanbul, Rabia went above and beyond — she constantly checked in, explained every step of the pre-op process, stayed in communication throughout, and even visited me at my hotel after surgery to make sure I was doing well. She even answered all of my sister’s questions! Her kindness and dedication truly made this a memorable and positive experience.

So to anyone considering surgery with Dr. Erman AK — please don’t hesitate. You are genuinely in expert, trustworthy, and caring hands. I feel confident, feminine, and so happy with my results. It wasn’t just a successful surgery — it was a positive, life-changing experience.

If you are after a professional, and great quality care with integrity then Dr Erman Ak and his team are for you! He was honest about what my results would be like from the beginning, and checked in on me several times at the hospital following my mummy makeover surgery. His team of nurses really looked after me as well. Those first few days the hospital team made sure I took regular walks, ate and was well hydrated, they were really strict about making sure I was following all the right steps so I’m so grateful to them for looking after me at my most vulnerable time! Now onto the after care at the hotel with the sweetest Serpil who gave me the best massages to drain all the excess built up fluid (very normal after surgery) - I 100% recommend booking with her, shes an expert at applying all the right medical equipment after every massage to ensure that you heal correctly and safely! Every time we finished I could walk straighter and felt a bit more like myself and that’s because of her really sweet personality and very attentive care and advice during each visit! Please make sure you book these massages guys, I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through my week stay here without it!! Thank you so much Dr Erman, the amazing coordinator Rabia who would always answer my 100 questions and the sweetest massage therapist Serpil!

What an amazing experience!
I was so nervous going into this but from the moment we landed at the airport in Turkey, it felt like princess treatment. Dr Erman had me go through very thorough checks whilst in the hospital to ensure no complications whilst I was at surgery. Now his team- the most amazing, attention detailed nurses I’ve come across in a while. Special shout out to Nurse Beyza my favourite, so gentle and helped us so much at the hospital with things that didn’t even concern her like ordering food.
Other nurses like Gemze and Elif took such good care of me too and that’s just to name a few. The biggest shout out to Rabia the team coordinator, she was everything and more. Illl miss her so much. These people made my experience amazing and I am so grateful. I love my results, I never knew I could look like this.

Dr. Erman is one of the best and most professional surgeons ever. You are in the hands of a very experienced and safe professional. With my minor complication after my surgery I was so well cared for by the nurses, Dr. Erman ak who came to visit me several times a day.
He really knows what he is doing, takes no risks at all and would rather check you 5 times too much than 1 time too little. This gave me a very nice and familiar feeling. I have a tummy tuck and 360 lipo.
Massage from Serpil are so wonderful and lightening and the contact with Rabia is super nice, you can app and call her whenever you want.

Dr Erman and his team are absolutely amazing people they are soooooo supportive and reassuring from start to finish.
I have had surgery many times and this was by far my best experience so far. This was my fourth breast surgery and let me tell you I have never been so happy. I was very scared and nervous due to the past experiences and not having the results I wanted. I really respect Dr Ermans honesty and work he talks you through every detail not just before but also after surgery you know every detail of the procedure and what he has done. He really is a perfectionist which is an amazing quality to have in this profession because trust me not all surgeons are like this from what I know from my past experiences. He really does want you to be happy and have the results you want. I can’t recommend him enough especially for revision breast surgery it’s something he specialises in and knows very well. I will be forever thankful to Dr Erman you have changed my life I can now wear bikinis, tops and dresses that I could never wear before with confidence again. I have been working with Dr. Erman for about 2 years. As soon as I saw his dedication during the operation room, I decided that it was the right decision and decided to have breast reduction surgery. I had a weight loss process for about 4 months. I lost 25 kilos during this process. He was so careful about the surgery method and size that it was exactly the size I wanted. I can wear low-cut clothes as I want. I returned to my routine life 1 week after the operation. I can say that there was no pain. The process went very well with the attention and care of the nurses in the service. I definitely recommend it.

From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Erman, his consultant Rahbia, and the entire nursing team has been nothing short of amazing. They made me feel completely at ease, with their warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Before heading back home, I had my final check-up with Dr. Erman, and I am absolutely in love with my results. I was initially worried that my breasts looked smaller post-surgery, but Dr. Erman reassured me that only minimal tissue was removed, mostly skin and fat, and that my natural breast tissue remains intact. He even performed complimentary liposuction to contour my sides, which was such a thoughtful touch! While there’s some swelling and tenderness, I couldn’t be happier.
One thing that really stood out to me was the level of care from Dr. Erman himself. After surgery, he personally came to my room to update my friend who had come with me and reassured her that everything went smoothly. This personal touch made such a difference in my experience.
Dr. Erman was also very honest about my follow-up options—when I asked about achieving more upper pole fullness, he explained why implants wouldn’t be the best choice for me but talked though different options. And honestly right now, I love the results exactly as they are. Going from what I had before to this natural, lifted, and youthful shape is everything I hoped for.

I had an uplift and implant on the 28th February and I honestly can’t begin to express how amazing my experience with Dr. Erman Ak has been. As an anxious person, I was incredibly nervous about the entire process. I am also Nurse in the UK, so I know first hand about the risks involved in surgery especially how scary it can be going abroad which has made me even more anxious, but non the less Dr. Ak and his amazing assistant Rabia have reassured me every step of the way. The nurses are also very kind and caring. Post op since being back in the UK, I have continued to talk with Dr Erman multiple times, he is always quick to respond to any questions I have had and he has continuously checks in on me to check how my healing is going. I feel like I am in very safe hands.

His skill is truly incredible, and my results are absolutely stunning, even after just 9 days. I still can’t believe I have my dream boobs! They actually get better and better each day, the stitching is incredibly neat, the neatest I have ever seen. I’ve done extensive research on Dr. Ak and reached out to many of his patients, which only deepened my trust in him. He’s truly a one of a kind surgeon and he truly cares about your wellbeing and he will not put your health at risk.

He is also incredibly genuine and honest, I was also interested in liposuction and he advised me I would not get a good result due to my skin quality and I really appreciated the honest feedback and turning down doing a surgery on me which he felt would not be in my best interest.

I would recommend him to absolutely everyone, and I will continue to update this review as I heal, but I can already tell that if I ever need any surgery in the future, Dr. Erman Ak will always be my first choice. I trust him wholeheartedly and am so grateful for the care I’ve received and I continue to receive.
