Sehr schöne Klinik, Dr. Hakan und das ganze Team sind sehr professionell und freundlich. Der ganze Ablauf war zu 100% beeindruckend und zufriedenstellend. Da ich schon eine HT in Deutschland hatte und mit dieser Klinik gar nicht zufrieden war, kann ich allen nur wärmstens empfehlen nach Istanbul zu Dr. Hakan zu gehen, es lohnt sich.

I can confirm the many positive reviews about Dr. Hakan Clinic: professionalism, attentiveness, and great care for the patient. Dr. Hakan and his team dedicate time and precision to every procedure (a maximum of two patients per day, and you can clearly see the experience).
A special thank you to Aykut for the pre- and post-procedure communication: always available, clear, and empathetic, he made me feel safe despite having the procedure abroad.
Pain was only during the anesthesia, then nothing at all until the end. A truly very positive experience… I only regret not having done it sooner!

Nearly a year ago, I received a hair transplant at this clinic with very high expectations. Unfortunately, I was somewhat let down by the service I received.

I purchased the stem cell hair transplant package of up to 3,500 grafts. Firstly, I believe the clinic had moved to a different hospital during my visit, as the Instagram videos were nothing like the place where I had my transplant. The rooms were very small, and staff were constantly bumping into my feet during the procedure.

On the day of the operation, everything felt extremely rushed. I had my bloods taken, stem cell treatment, PRP, and the full transplant completed in nearly under four hours. This may have been because it was a Friday and they wanted to finish early, but it also made me question how many grafts were actually used.

I felt the medical team lacked professionalism during my transplant. Two of the women assisting the technician would not stop laughing, singing, and talking loudly throughout the operation. This was very uncomfortable, as they were right beside my head the entire time, and it made it difficult to relax. I also required repeated injections of local anaesthetic, as I could feel the implant needle quite a lot during the procedure. There was a massive language barrier with the medical team; although they did speak English, it was still difficult at times to properly express how I was feeling during the operation.

Dr. Hakan himself was pleasant enough, but I felt that once I paid the full amount in cash before the operation, the standard of care and attention noticeably dropped.

My hairline was around a Norwood 2, with some recession in the temple area. When discussing my new hairline, Dr. Hakan was very dismissive about doing any work on my temples, even though this was something I really wanted done, as it is crucial for framing the face. He then stated, “You don’t want the same hairline as a Black man,” which I found quite ridiculous. He eventually agreed to add some grafts to thicken the temple area, but not to properly improve it. At this point, I felt very frustrated, and if I could go back, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the procedure.

As for my results, I feel they are not great, especially when compared to friends who went to different clinics and had worse hairlines than mine. My transplant appears very thin, which has left me disappointed, particularly as I didn’t require many grafts to begin with.

Lastly, the “luxury hotel” I was placed in was terrible. I stayed for four nights, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable — like a rock — which is not ideal when you are required to sleep sitting upright for three days. The staff were also very unpleasant and even attempted to double-charge me when I was leaving, which really put a dampener on my experience (Hilton).

In the end, I only received 2,400 grafts, and I feel that what I paid was overpriced considering the level of service and organisation provided. I do hope my transplant continues to improve over time, and I will still send after photos to the clinic. However, please don’t be fooled by this clinic’s Instagram or Trustpilot reviews — I honestly believe you would receive far better care if you were an influencer.

If I could go back in time, I would not have selected this clinic, especially if you are from Ireland or the UK. I am a 25-year-old Irish man who worked hard to save $4,500 for this operation, placing a lot of trust in the clinic and travelling alone to a different country with high expectations. It’s difficult to write a review like this, but I wouldn’t want anyone else to receive the standard of care that I did. I hope the clinic sees this review and begins treating every patient to the same standard as those reflected in their Trustpilot reviews. Ultimately, this was a risk I knowingly took by travelling to Turkey.

I had my first procedure in november of 2024, and the second in January of 2026.
I am very satisfied with the results and the whole process that Dr.Hakan clinic has. All doctors, nurses and supporting personnel have been absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

I had my hair transplant at Dr Hakan Clinic in Istanbul last year and I’m extremely happy with the result. It’s a small boutique clinic with a maximum of two patients per day, which is very different from the big “hair mills” with aggressive marketing. Here the focus is clearly on personal care and achieving the best possible outcome – quality over quantity.

I actually found Dr Hakan Clinic after doing deeper research. Before that, I thought it didn’t matter much which clinic you choose because “they’re all good anyway”. Friends of mine who went to mass clinics and got poor results proved to me that this assumption was wrong. With my result, my expectations have been more than exceeded – I already noticed how good it would be just a few months after the operation. If you care about a very natural-looking hairline and technical excellence in hair transplantation, this clinic is the place to go!

In data 02-03 settembre mi sono operato presso la clinica del Dr.Hakan, ho effettuato una mega sessione divisa in due giorni dove mi sono stati impiantati 7250 bulbi. È stato tutto perfetto, la clinica ha standard igienici elevatissimi, il personale è cordiale e premuroso e si interessano in tutte le fasi per capire se va tutto bene. Il Dr.Hakan si è occupato direttamente del disegno della linea frontale e anche delle incisioni sulla stessa. Aykut il mio traduttore è una persona squisita e mi ha seguito in tutte le fasi e continuerà a farlo anche post trapianto. Esperienza che consiglio a tutti perché la cura dei dettagli è maniacale e sono certo che rimarrete soddisfatti.

Mi sono sottoposto al trapianto di capelli presso la Clinica Dr. Hakan ad Dikilitaş, Ayazmaderesi Cd No:8, 34449 Beşiktaş/İstanbul, Turchia, un anno fa Maggio 2024 con 4750 bulbi innestati. il risultato dopo 1 anno è che sono molto soddisfatto del risultato lo consiglio vivamente.

Sono stato in questa clinica lo scorso 22 Aprile per effettuare un trapianto di capelli. Che dire, la clinica è molto pulita, moderna ed elegante, il personale è molto gentile e fanno di tutto per metterti a tuo agio. Il giorno dell’intervento il Dr. Hakan provvederà a effettuare la visita ed i disegni pre-operatori, consigliando quello migliore per voi. I lavori effettuati in questa clinica sono molto conservativi, per cui la soluzione proposta dal chirurgo sarà il più naturale possibile per la conformazione del vostro viso e la vostra età. L’intervento in sè non è doloroso, l’unica parte dell’intervento un pó dolorosa è quella relativa all’anestesia, ma comunque non dura molto. Durante i 4 giorni di permanenza a Istanbul ho soggiornato presso l’hotel Marriot che si trova nello stesso edificio della clinica e vi consiglio di pernottare lì, sia per comodità che per la qualità degli appartamenti offerti dall’hotel. A fine gennaio mi sono sottoposto a un trapianto di capelli presso la clinica Dr.HakanClinic ad Istanbul, e la mia esperienza è stata decisamente positiva.
La clinica ha un team altamente qualificato, che ha reso l’intero processo molto professionale e tranquillo.

Dal primo contatto con l’interprete Aykut l’approccio è stato molto rassicurante, è stato sempre disponile e gentile.
Ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni necessarie sul trapianto, il processo e i risultati attesi, senza mai sentirmi sotto pressione.

La comunicazione con il personale, sia prima che durante il trattamento, è stata eccellente. La clinica utilizza tecnologie all’avanguardia, garantendo un intervento minimamente invasivo e un recupero rapido.

L’operazione non è completamente priva di dolore ma grazie all’anestesia locale si riesce a gestire il fastidio.
Il team di medici ha seguito ogni fase del trattamento con grande attenzione e precisione. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e molto cortese, facendo in modo che mi sentissi a mio agio. Inoltre, la clinica è molto pulita e ben organizzata.

Il periodo post-operatorio è stato più semplice del previsto, e ho potuto contare su un follow-up costante da parte dello staff, che mi ha dato consigli utili per una corretta cura e un recupero ottimale.

In generale, sono molto soddisfatto dei risultati ottenuti finora e sono fiducioso che miglioreranno ulteriormente nei prossimi mesi. Se stai cercando un centro per un trapianto di capelli, HakanClinic è sicuramente un’opzione di alto livello a Istanbul, con una reputazione che giustifica pienamente le recensioni positive che ho letto prima di decidere.

Consiglio vivamente questa clinica a chiunque desideri un trapianto di capelli professionale, con un ottimo supporto e risultati di qualità.

Consiglio vivamente questa clinica a chiunque stia valutando un trapianto di capelli. Fin dal primo contatto, sono stato seguito con grande professionalità da Mr. Aykut, il referente per gli italiani, che ha organizzato ogni dettaglio del mio soggiorno, inclusi il servizio navetta e l’alloggio in un hotel di alto livello.
La clinica è bellissima, moderna e dotata delle tecnologie più avanzate. L’intervento è stato eseguito con le tecniche più innovative, e il team medico ha lavorato con grande precisione e attenzione, garantendo un risultato dall’aspetto estremamente naturale, proprio come desideravo.

È stata un’esperienza intensa. A distanza di qualche settimana la soddisfazione per il lavoro fatto cresce sempre di più. Il referente Aykut e il Dottor Hakan sono dotati di una importante intelligenza emotiva oltre che di professionalità notevole.
Sono felice che 6 mesi fa la mia ricerca si è conclusa quando ho scoperto questa clinica. È già evidente che il lavoro sia stato fatto egregiamente.

I am Italian,and after a long research I chose this clinic attracted by the results and reviews of other patients.
All expectations were met! Doctor and all the staff are super professional.
During the transplant everything went very well; after the transplant all the staff always supported me and communicated the activities to do (for example how to wash my hair, when to cut it, etc.)
I had the transplant a year ago and the result is perfect!

I am a 40 years old Italian man. I have performed a mega session with over 6000 grafts in two days at the Hackan clinic on January 2024. I couldnt have chosen a better clinic.
My case was not an easy one as I was an advanced nordwood 5, almost 6.
After one year I can say I am very satisfied. They have been able to cover the whole area with natural and cautelative hairline in line with my age and with an overall good density. I was worried about my donor given the huge amount of grafts, I also experienced some shock lossbut it recovered perfectly and it doesn't look that so many grafts have been extracted . Actually it seems I have still have donor capacity for future needs.
All the procedure was painless apart form the anesthesia procedure which was a little painful but ok at the end. The team was great and koray and Dr Hackan were carefully following each phase of the surgery.
The clinic performs max two surgery a day and I went with a friend of mine who also performed a two days mega session . He is satisfied as well and we are suggesting this clinic to other friends.

Ottima esperienza che mi ha soddisfatto sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Staff professionale e competente. Organizzazione precisa del mio soggiorno ad Istanbul, con transfer puntuali per tutti gli spostamenti: aeroporto albergo, albergo clinica e clinica aeroporto l’ultimo giorno. Aykut l’agente che si è preso cura di me non mi ha fatto mancare nulla.
La clinica è eccellente con sale operatorie sterile separate dagli altri ambienti.
Il dottore, Dr. Hakan mi ha accolto ascoltando le mie esigenze e spiegandomi nel dettagli come si sarebbe svolta l’operazione. I colleghi in sala operatorio altrettanto competenti e disponibili ad assecondare ogni mio bisogno.
Le tecniche utilizzate sono le più avanzate, nel mio caso si è utilizzata la DHI. L’intervento è andato benissimo così come il post operatorio. Anche in questo frangente lo staff si è mostrato super disponibile spiegandomi nel dettaglio l’utilizzo dei farmaci e come effettuare il lavaggio.
Consiglio la clinica del Dr. Hakan a chiunque voglia effettuare il trapianto dei capelli, ne vale veramente la pena.
