Called DHI after bad experience with a presumed Door and Window replacement Company. Had seen their local FB ads and felt confident with them as soon as I had booked my consultation. Great service from beginning to end. Had a beautiful secure new front door within 5 weeks. Wish I had gone to them in the first instance. Would greatly recommend. Thank you DHI. Will certainly be using for all future requirements.

Outstanding. Two doors replace and it’s as if they’d never been. The initial visit and quote was seamless with no sales pressure from Charlie. The fitters came along and did a cracking job, I can’t fault them. All in all an easy stress/hassle free service. I’d definitely use them again.

Driftwood are a fantastic team and we’d definitely use them again. We had a front door and 5 windows done, including a more tricky semicircle window. They went out their way to source windows for our specific needs and the front door looks amazing now and really finishes off the house. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks to the team

The job was not standard but the work was above and beyond. The two guys were cheerful and didn’t let the complexity of the job alter that! They cleaned up and took the rubbish away. I can find no fault and would definitely recommend the company to anyone who asks!

The team at Driftwood did a great job for from the first conversation to the job being done. No pressure at all and their main concern was making sure that we got what was right for us. Driftwood replaced my leaking conservatory roof with a new well insulated tiled one, the two installers were very efficient and sociable, they did an excellent job despite what the weather threw at them! Also need to mention the plastering and painting was exceptional. The new roof looks amazing and the temperature inside is so much better, I will be able to use this room all year round. Would definitely recommend this company if anyone is thinking of having their roof replaced.

Driftwood installed a new outside door. From the moment I contacted them they responded swiftly, arrived on time for both quoting and actually doing the work. No fuss, no mess, no mucking about. I'm delighted with the door. Last but not least they're lovely people to deal with.

We had a lovely new front door and small side window to match fitted a couple of months ago. The service was excellent and every effort was made to supply my colour choice and match the glass in the window to the door....(not offered by the bigger companies). There was no pressure to buy....just helpful surveys, quotes and choices etc. The fitters were excellent and the whole service was swift, on time and exactly as ordered. We would definitely use them again.

We had twelve new windows fitted. The whole process was very professional. Communication was outstanding, friendly and clear. The fitters worked very hard and to an exceptionally high standard, minimising disruption to us and explaining all stages of the process to us. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and how well they are fitted. The price we paid for the windows and their fitting was very reasonable indeed. If you are considering new windows we recommend Driftwood Home Improvements 100%.
