It will do,but I love the old flavour of the Fruit punch.. Yeah change the flavour about a year in a half ago. Bring back the old flavour.

I Drink4D everyday
I Drink4D everyday, I purchase it religiously from Sam’s club. I mix Drink4D in carbonated water in the bottle it provides me sustained energy throughout the day. Be prepared for the fizz. As a retiree I purchase it every three weeks to make sure that I don’t run short.

Best PreWorkout Drink out there
I've tried several other pre workout drink mixtures, and all but Drink4D has given me the jitters. Also love the flavors, all of the 4 available, Peach Tea is the best, reminds me of summer and sitting on the porch with my grandmother.
I've already referred this drink to all my work out friends. I hope to see more flavor options in the near future.

Great electrolyte replacement
I've been using the 4D product for about 6 months and found it's a great replacement for electrolyte and other minerals that your body needs during workouts and training. I walk about 14 miles a day at work and consume about a gallon of water each day.
The 40 supplement goes a long way to keeping the energized throughout the day.
