A great experience
A great experience! Ordering was easy. They contacted me promptly for details on the art work. Shipping was fast. They kept in contact through the entire process to make sure everything was what I expected. They provided the best customer service I have seen in a long time.

Thank you for your review, Stephanie.
The supply issues going on world-wide are indeed frustrating-- especially tough having it completely out of our control. We apologize that it made your experience less than 5 stars and cannot wait for things to hopefully turn around soon! We hope to work with you again soon. We promise to keep doing everything we can to make our customer's experiences as positive as possible.

Repeat Order
This is my second order of Contigo Addison water bottles. This order was handled promptly and received in the requested timeframe. The screen print design has remained as new despite daily use by our employees. No complaints!

Great Company and Service
I had a wonderful experience with DrinkBranders ordering water bottles for a school. I had personalized service with our service rep and designer--both were extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions. We were having issues securing inventory and they went above and beyond to recommend replacements so we could get our bottles faster. The quality was great and the school was impressed. The website was also easy to use and order. We will be back for more items in the future.

Inventory is a huge frustration within our industry (and many others in the world) and we are appreciate you recognizing that's out of our control. So glad we found you something that worked and they turned out great! 5 stars for customer service
5 stars for customer service! Outlines of logo/image differed slightly from the proof, and the color quality was a shade below what Nalgene was able to produce, but the prices were better by enough for us to continue working with drinkbranders.

Hi Blake! Thank you very much for the review! Customer service is a top priority so we appreciate you recognizing that. As far as your color concerns, do you have any photos of what you're referencing as we would certainly like to take a look please. If nothing more, at least a good reference point for doing things better in the future as our quality is something we pride ourselves in greatly and very rarely have any issues/complaints about.
If you could please send any pics to: amber@drinkbranders.com I'd love to take a look and see what you're seeing.
Thank you so much for your business!
