Bij het inleveren van de auto ging de medewerker onder de bumper liggen om een foto te maken. De uitkomst een kras die ik veroorzaakt zou hebben en kosten €150,- Ik heb 130 km met de auto gereden en in dezelfde staat terug gebracht. Mensen aub huur hier geen auto. Dit zijn de reinste oplichters en fraudeurs

Jamais vu de procédure de location aussi simple. Un conseiller parlait français, c’était parfait. Même avec l’assurance comprise les prix sont très abordables. Les conseillers sont arrangeant pour des petites modifications. Top !

Accueil très sympa. La voiture qui nous a été proposée était de la catégorie supérieure à celle que nous avions choisie. N’hésitez pas !

Nous avons louer une C3 avec assurance comprise pour 1 semaine directement au guichet et Dimitri a été accueillant chaleureux très sympathique et arrangeant !

Notre expérience a été top la voiture était dans un parfait état et le retour s’est très bien passé !

A bunch of scammers. They don't look trustworthy and they are not. I was forced to rent a car from them (in Heraklion, Greece) because they were the last company with a car available. They made me pay a deposit. When I returned the car, they charged me for the smallest scratch ever (smaller than a coin). They looked a long time to find something. It's likely that the scratch was already there before the trip because it was so small that I would not have noticed when I checked in. Also, I did not have any incident with the car during my trip. They were just looking for something to make me pay extra.

Da evitare assolutamente. La polizza completa per togliere la franchigia è costosissima ( complessivamente raggiunge i 70€/g). Io non l'ho fatta e hanno trovato due minuscole bozze sul tettuccio per cui mi hanno chiesto 315€, avevo fatto molte foto all'auto, nonostante la impazienza del commesso, ma non sono bastate. Consiglio di evitare questa compagnia.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE !
Si vous ne prenez pas l'assurance proposée par le loueur (pour ma part le véhicule était assuré par mon voyagiste), la personne encaisse 600 € de caution (et non pas une simple emprunte bancaire) pour au retour vous compter des dégâts au retour inexistants pour vous facturer près de 200 € supplémentaires. Malgré protestations (aucun dégât nouveau, photographies à l'appui) et demandes de respecter le contrat, le loueur menace de ne pas rembourser la caution si vous ne signez pas l'état des lieux de retour.
De très nombreux avis google, facebook, etc, confirment ces pratiques, exercées à l'agence d'Héraklion par la même personne (employé français, nommé "Dimitri").
Au vu de cette pratique manifestement habituelle et organisée, j'ai pour ma part contacté un avocat pour une plainte auprès du siège et des autorités.

The worst service ever!!!

On the 09.08 2021 (today) I was returning a rental car to your Office in Aktio in Preveza.

I did everything requested of me as a costumer. The tank was full, and the car had no dents or scratches.
I cleaned the car on the inside.

Upon arrival at Aktio airport I went to your both and look for the staff. No one was around so I waited 15 min. Then I called the Tlf number on the door. The phone rang inside the both.
So I waited another 10 min. - and then I asked hertz next door … she said that the staff was properly outside smoking or eating.
I went outside where I found the staff, supervisor and co-worker/serviceman
The serviceman then checked my car and said everything was ok…
I would like the have a recipt on the fact that everything is fine, so I can go on with my life.
That was not standard and he could not sign anything, so I asked for the supervisor.
The supervisor was very rude and did not at all want to help me, he would not give me the Tlf number for your office and he did not want to give me his name. He even raised his voice when I told him that all I wanted was a simple signature or a the very least some help so I could talk to the head office.
He was very angry at me for asking to have a simple signature stating that everything was ok. I really don’t care what your standards regarding not signing out a car… I don’t think it is asking a lot!

This is the kind of service that will make customers run away from your rentals-service.
This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

the second to let you know when I was going to pick up the vehicle.
and regarding the damage of less than 1mm, here is the photo, it was perhaps present at the start.

Ich habe noch Nie einen Mietwagen vor Abgabe Reinigen müssen. Schlechter Service. Bei Nichteinhaltung werden saftige Gebühren erhoben. Zudem hat man mir bei Abgabe einen Schaden (unter dem Auto, nicht sichtbar, erst wenn man sich unters auto kniet) anhängen wollen. Tipp: Macht Fotos bei Übernahme von allen seiten! Wichtig: Auch von Dach und Unterboden. Das machen die wenigsten und genau das wird im Nachgang ausgenutzt, Altschäden die man nicht sofort sieht werden erneut abgerechnet! Bei Abgabe habt ihr Beweisfotos! Ich würde bei so einer unseriösen Firma nie wieder ein Fahrzeug mieten.

Dirve Hellas (= DRIVE= GRENTAL) pratique des prix bas mais s'organise pour garder votre caution. A notre arrivée à Héraklion, le loueur nous a demandé de noter sur le contrat tous les défauts du véhicule. Il nous a dit avec un sourire de prendre notre temps. La voiture était en bon état mais en y regardant de très près, elle était pleine de micro impacts et micro rayures (non réparées) ce qui est normal vu l'état des routes en Crètes. Il n'y avait au final que quelques grosses rayures (non réparées également) sur le haillon, les ailes et les bas de caisse. Mais il y avait des centaines de micro rayures. Nous avons passé Mais c'était peine perdue. A notre retour, le loueur a trouvé un impact et une rayures quasiment invisibles que nous avions raté. Résultat, 517 € retenus sur la caution. DRIVE - GRENTAL facture et refacture sans cesse des rayures qu'il ne répare jamais. Si vous oubliez de les relever, vous les payez. C'est une escoquerie très rentable. Ne vous laissez pas séduire par leurs prix bas, ce sont des voleurs.

Like many others, I was made to pay (312 euro) for an old damage, which was a small scratch on a tail light glass. The car had maybe 50 small damages marked on the rental contract, but this small one I didn't notice.

And he knew it and even kind of admitted that it was an old damage. How can you run a business like that ?

Very good and friendly service. Pay attention when I land, to be accurate with the landing time caus they send a personal driver to pick you up and wait for you.

While they seem very cheap in the first place, in the end, they'll try to charge you extensive charges for small damages with a very doubtful procedure (certified but inaccessivle to any aingle individual to check) that claims full reparation costs on a piece for the slightest scratch (whereas I would find reasonable to pay just a part). In the beginning I thought it was only me but then another couple arrived and they had been inspecting their car for more than 30 minutes (washing it and checking thoroughly twice) just to make sure they will find a spot they can charge for reparations.
I should have known better, but definitely the last time to rent from them as in the end it will cost you way more than initially planned. To be avoided at all costs unless you have an insurance that covers you and pays full price so they can repay you as they advised me to do after..
Not a fair service and a very bad after sales service, unwilling to discuss the matter further.

Nous avons loué une voiture au Poseidon Palace chez Drive Hellas.
Le représentant local était très courtois, la voiture très propre, les prix plus que corrects, affichés au comptoir, donc pas de negotiation à la tête du client, la voiture nous attendait sur le parking de l'hôtel.
Donc 5 étoiles méritées.

I rented a car for 2 weeks from the company. Best and smoothest experience ever! From the airport pick up, to sorting out the problem with the car and getting a new one within few hours! Will definitely be back and soecial thanks to Mr Sotiris for being very helpful and supportive.

I took a car from 7 to 17/8/20.
In all honesty what a pleasant surprise. Car was clean and in good condition and the service was really efficient. I will definitely be back.

Attenti a possibili truffe nascoste dietro a invisibili punte di spillo. Abbiamo riportato l'auto perfetta, stando attenti per tutti i dodici giorni di utilizzo, a mantenere la carrozzeria illibata. Nella ricognizione alla consegna, fatta al buio solo alla luce di una torcia, era quasi impossibile vedere segni e graffi sulla carrozzeria, ma sulla carrozzeria si è concentrato il ben istruito addetto della compagnia per farci vedere come fosse perfetta. Nonostante questo gli abbiamo fatto segnare due o tre segnetti che lui forse avrebbe volentieri ignorato. L'auto a mio parere, nonostante quanto segnato sul contachilometri e nonostante fosse tutta pulita e perfettamente profumata, aveva parecchi chilometri di utilizzolo e lo si poteva capire dalla frizione completamente molle e andata... Riportata l'auto dopo averla utilizzata per 12 giorni, l'addetto ha tirato fuori uno straccietto usato e sporco per spolverare le parti da controllare ed è andato a colpo sicuro ad individuare due microscopici puntini, grandi quanto una capoccia di spillo, sul parabrezza visibili solo in controluce e con una fonte di luce suppletiva... impossibili da vedere ad occhi nudo e di cui non ci eravamo mai accorti, ne prima, ne dopo, ne guidandola. Ebbene per queste due punte di spillo Drive Hellas si è trattenuta la somma di 250,00 euro !!! dalla mia carta di credito. Un vero e proprio furto perpetrato con estrema"professionalità". Diffidate dunque di questa compagnia e di queste persone, se mai vi capitase di noleggiare un'auto con loro ispezionate voi l'auto (per una buona ispezione ci vogliono almeno 15 minuti luce e controluce) fate più foto possibili sia di eventuali graffi presenti ma anche delle parti che sembrano apparentemente perfette. Altra anomalia: nel documento con i punti della carrozzeria dove segnalare eventuali danni durante l'ispezione alla prima consegna non c'era traccia dei punti con i segni visibili sulla carrozzeria che ricordo avevamo, insieme all'addetto, visualizzato al momento del ritiro dell'auto e chiesto di evidenziare... come mai? Purtroppo loro sembrano "professisti" abituati a fare in modo che il cliente subisca senza possibilità di replica e difesa questi che sembrano piccoli taglieggiamenti che alla fine fanno lievitare l'esborso del noleggio al triplo di quello che pensavi di dover pagare... Insomma piccole truffe quotidiane di una compagnia che evidentemente lucra su queste cose invece che su un onesto e leale servizio al cliente.
