Drive Assist NO GOOD. Totally irresponsible support staff prefer sleeping that too 7:00 in the morning instead of providing customers support and then cancelling the booking for no reason for booking made 24 hours in advance. First two booking went just in time. The third one bizarre.

We had a great driver. Polite, accomodating and On time. Did his job well. I will be hiring from Drive Assist again with hopes of similar experience it terms of quality of service.

यह ड्राइव असिस्ट वाले बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस देते हैं यह अपने ड्राइवर को रिव्यू दिलाने के लिए 50-50 सो रुपए देते हैं पर ड्राइवर कस्टमर को बोलता है रिव्यू डालो सर वह खुद उनका फोन लेकर रिव्यू डालता है और उनके पास एक भी वेरीफाइड ड्राइवर नहीं हैं और यह ड्राइवर हायरिंग प्रोसेस भी बहुत ही गंदा है यह सिर्फ फोन पर ही ड्राइवर हायर कर लेते हैं नहीं कोई ऑफिस पर बुलाते हैं नहीं डॉक्यूमेंट वेरीफाई करते हैं और ना ही ड्राइवर का ड्राइविंग टेस्ट लेते हैं और उनकी वेबसाइट पर जितने भी रिव्यू है सारे फेक है इनके रिव्यू में कोई भाई फंस

Very convenient to book the driver. I was assigned Sandeep Yadav for my ride on 10 May 2026. Sandeep arrived well in time smartly dressed and very presentable. Issue of OTP was smartly resolved. Services were punctual and professional.

I recently used Drive Assist for a 3-day outstation trip to a hill station. My experience was a mix of professional coordination and some on-the-ground friction. Here is a detailed breakdown:

The Booking & Logistics:
The booking process was very efficient. I booked only 4 hours before departure, and the team managed to confirm everything quickly. The transparency regarding the base fare (₹1200 per day) was appreciated. I paid a ₹1000 advance to the company and the balance directly to the driver.

The Drive & Local Expertise:
Since I was heading to a hill station, I specifically requested a driver familiar with the terrain. Although the first assigned driver was cancelled, the company assured me the replacement knew the route. However, this wasn’t the case—the driver was not familiar with the location at all. His driving skills were "okay," but not the level of expertise you expect for mountain roads.

Key Areas for Improvement:
• Internal Payment Conflicts: There seemed to be a disconnect between the company and the driver regarding their pay. The driver mentioned being underpaid by the agency, which created an awkward atmosphere during the trip. This is a professional matter that should not involve the client.

• Food and Lodging Policy: The company charges ₹600 per day for the driver's food/lodging if not provided by the guest. While this is a fair policy—drivers are human beings and deserve proper rest—it needs to be communicated very clearly to avoid "choosy" or demanding behavior on the road.

• Driver Assignment: It truly felt like "luck of the draw." While the driver arrived on time, the lack of route knowledge was a significant drawback for a long-distance trip.

Final Verdict:
Drive Assist is great for last-minute bookings and prompt service. However, if you are going to a specific or difficult terrain, be prepared to guide the driver yourself. I hope the company settles their internal payment issues so it doesn’t impact the customer experience.

Excellent service

The services were good and the chauffeur Mr Amit Garg was very polite and professional ,despite there was a fault in car,he ensured to correct it and we reached safely.

Mr Joginder Ji behavior is very Good and soft spoken. His driving is very good. I will recommend him in next time also.

1- Driver was unprofessional- even after telling him to drive slowly he was driving fast aggressively

2- When we were all sleeping in the car …the driver just raised the volume of songs just because his fav song came

In this company totally unprofessional people and chor log kaam krtey h esh company mey don't have talking sence in this company.. booked for outstation and 1hour delay for ready even reached drop location one hour before they charges extra .. ediot h sb eshmey.

After the end of trip asked me to pay extra 400 for driver's accomodation even though he spent the night in my car.

Given that I booked the driver from 6pm - 6 pm next day and my trip ended 2:30 pm itself.
They charged me for 2 days.

The staff was rude and even threatened me .

Being quite new in NCR, I approached them to provide services of a driver for three days and two nights. The services were extremely good, and therefore, the company can be trusted by any one, even by a new person in the NCR. The behaviour and sincerity of driver were praiseworthy.

Service was smooth from the time of booking. The driver, Chandan was well behaved, experienced and cooperative. The payment process was transparent and hassle free. Will recommend to book their service for sure

Not trustworthy, pathetic experience; i overpaid the driver by mistake and for 500-600rs he lied. How can you trust handing over so expensive car and the valuables inside to such people.
