ok ok I see now. First is free, then later I am hit with a subscription or a I will lose my data. Next I discover I must purchase a $40 piece of equipment in order for it to ACTUALLY WORK. The “automatically tracks every trip” and ya ya ya how perfect and easy to use. Blah blah. Okay so now I must pay $132 a year for something that was at first free..then oooppps it doesn't work excatly right… to oh I’m trapped and now must pay $132 PER YEAR. Wow. It's one way of doing business. This was made for DriversNote and the big team of people I see..all drinking somewhere on a beach laughing. Oh and the customer service number?! HAHA that is just a place to tell people to email you then read an encyclopedia of info that doesn't answer these questions. Thanks, not thanks.

I would never recommend this software to any drivers out there. The software did not work for me and ended up costing me on trucking calls I made but was unable to track. I paid for a year but canceled after only a few months. I'm 72 and not as good on the computer as some and even though I removed the app my credit card was charged again one year later without advance notice. WHEN I filed a dispute with my credit card company this company denied my request for a $132 refund. Bad company, bad business, taking advantage of the elderly. Watch out.

We as a company have used Drivers Note in Canada for our sales team and it has worked fabulously!

It is user friendly and works great automatically calculating the mileage value based on the Canada Revenue Agency's prescribed rate of the year.

I had some administration work I needed updating and reached out and the support team responded immediately and helped resolve the issue right away as well to my total satisfaction!

The team were fast to listen and resolve my concerns, bravo! Immediate response and support, and they rocked at making me feel heard and cared for as a customer. I appreciate it so much.

Don't worry about going with these guys, they've got you and you won't think again about if this was a correct choice, it turns out to be from day one.

Er mildest talt ikke imponeret af dette produkt, jeg får slet ikke det ud af det jeg håbede. Har nu brugt det i knap 2 år og har trukket den alt for lang tid med at opsige (det er nu gjort), det er i hvert fald ikke pengene værd.

Legal theives, will not track you after you pay, works great before that
