You set your latest date for a test booking to 15/03/26 and then later amend it to 31/03/26 which meant that all of the tests that appeared on April and May 2026 could not be booked for you.

You also set a minimum notice period of 11 working days for a test booking, which means that all of the tests that appeared from 1 - 10 days away on a rolling basis could not be booked for you.

The last time that you contacted us was 20th January 2026.

Your test is still booked on 9th June. Had you set your latest date for a test booking to 30/05/26, the system would have booked you several earlier tests in April and May 2026. As it happened you did not and coupled with the 11 working day notice you entered, unfortunately no tests were found in your restrictive date range.

The system can no longer validate your details at DVSA as you and only you from today (12th May) can change your test details, instead of contacting us at the support desk, you have left a 1 star review on Trust Pilot.

Your account has not been deactivated at all. For any customers that have contacted the support desk, we have offered help and advice how to optimise their account for best results. Unfortunately you have not contacted us for 4 months.

Just to be clear - our service has monitored your test centres every 60 seconds looking for earlier test slots since you signed up - in accordance with your own restrictive account settings. Our service is in no way a scam.

We have another Test Swap service at drivingtests.co.co.uk that is free to sign up to and you are very welcome to sign up for that - but you will appreciate that time is now very limited to find an earlier test. At this stage, you will need to widen your desired date range for a test booking in your desired test centre, rather than still restricting the dates and missing lots of tests again.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the test cancellation service where we automatically book earlier tests for you. That service ran until 12th May 2026.

I can see that you signed up on 15th January 2026.

On 21st January 2026, we found an earlier test and moved your test centre from the initial one to your desired test centre on 11th June 2026 saving almost 3 weeks.

We have exchanged several support emails trying to help find earlier tests which include:

- [ ] Advising you not to use other apps, as this will block our system from your DVSA account

- [ ] Advising you to reduce the minimum notice for a test booking from 11 working days to a lower number of days, to avoid missing tests that appear at short notice (1 - 11 days away). You did amend the minimum notice to 7 and then 5 days, but then amended back to 11 days.

- [ ] We recommended adding a latest date for a test booking to focus the system on earlier test slots, but no latest date was ever entered by you and the latest date remained in June 2026 (where there are 9 days that you are unavailable for a test).

- [ ] We recommend having 2 or 3 test centres for us to monitor, There were 2 test centres listed initially, but on 20th March you deleted a test centre, meaning that we could only monitor one test centre.

Unfortunately the London test centres are extremely busy and competitive and we always recommend allowing us to monitor 3 test centre all the time.

Our system continually monitored your DVSA account when it was not being blocked by other apps literally every 60 seconds and in the test centres that you allowed us to monitor.

We have moved your test to your desired test centre, to an earlier date and we wish you the very best of luck in the test.

We note that this is the third 1 star review that you have left this week on Trust Pilot calling all the other unrelated services scammers too.

Our service is only as good as the account setting that you enter, such as:

Minimum notice period - Too long and you will miss test slots at short notice

Date range - Too short and you will miss test slots.

Auto Book - Always use the recommended Auto Book as it is 10 x faster than manual book.

Start Monitoring - Remember to turn monitoring on every time you make changes in your account.

Earlier test dates - Our system can only monitor for earlier test dates (before your initial test).

When we have your name and details, we will be able to respond more accurately to your review.

Our support desk is open 7 days a week for you to request help and support and we would welcome the opportunity to assist you.

We are sorry that you feel that our service is not worth the money.

We do not have any test slots at all. We do not buy or store test slots. Our system continuously monitors your test centres and and automatically books any tests that come available (when someone cancels their test) within your account parameters that you set.

We booked you an earlier test in May 2026. In the SMS that notified you of the new earlier test, it asked you to reply “Yes” to continue monitoring for more earlier tests, but you did not reply so the monitoring stopped.

If you had replied “Yes” the system would have carried on monitoring for more earlier tests and would have booked more for you.
