Great product, great service :)

I initially had trouble getting the software to work on my Mac, but after checking the FAQs I realized it was better suited for my PC. I reached out to customer service, and the representative got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. They quickly helped me switch my registration code over to my PC and even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly. The product itself has worked amazingly well since then, and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you for the excellent support and a great product!

I used this program on a 1 month subscription. The fast processing speed was great. If I or my friends ever need it again, I’d recommend this program. The customer center’s response to my cancellation request was also very quick.

I had some issues with DRmare not responding to conversion, but after explaining my issues, Malin with the support team worked with me until we had it resolved. I am thrilled to have my system back and working well.

Their response was very quick - less than a day turnaround on each email. In a former life one of my duties was providing system support for an internal system so I can appreciate the level of support I received. I can't compliment them highly enough.

The DRmare software runs perfectly. Quick note if you’re using a Mac: after installation, you may need to use the Terminal to bypass security restrictions at least, that was the case for me. Also make sure you put the correct email and password. The input fields are key sensitive. Questions or concerns you can contact them, they respond immediately, great customer service.

I have the lifetime license and it is definitely worth it over paying for spotify premium. I had a slight hiccup when I picked it up again after a few years of not using it, but once I updated it it worked flawlessly. Could not recommend enough.

After reinstalling Tidal DRmareTidikit freezes. I contacted the Support and get the answer: new Version to download, icl. Link. Great,all works now and speed is better than before

I contacted DRmare support as I was experiencing problems registering my software. I was given a few things to try but still no joy! I contacted them again and told them that it still wasn’t working and that on a registered programme that I had, I was getting a failure error on every track that I converted. In response, they sent me a detailed checklist and I went through this line by line and still couldn’t register my software. Then I signed out of Apple Music and everything was ok. The software was registered and all conversions were fine. Thank you to the team who were so helpful. It was really appreciated.

I upgraded to version 3 and had an issue with registering my lifetime license. I opened a support case and the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Version 3 now allows me full conversion to 24bit 192kHz Flac files and does so at a blazing speed. Great software and support!

Pretends to be free software costs $15

After installing it, throwing all my files into it it brings up you can only download the first half of the audiobooks without paying $15, then when I went to uninstall it, it said oh no please don't go we will only charge you $7, borderline extortion, free alternatives exist.
