Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, lied about being able to fix DJI drone without having a Error code, and being able to repair back to pre-crash condition. Claimed they have access to DJI software but turns out, this was a lie.
When I reached out about the repair being different than promised I was told thats just they way it is, with zero attempt to make it right.
They are crooks!
To your reply Extensive damage? It needed a gimble, which i could have done myself but I did not want the error code, which is why I specifically asked if you could do the repair without the error code, you assured me that you could, which is clearly not the case, which is 100% intentionally misleading.

When your drone arrived, it had already sustained significant crash-related damage. Our team evaluated the unit and made every reasonable effort to restore functionality based on its condition at intake. In cases involving severe impact damage, there are limitations that no repair shop can ethically guarantee away, especially when factory-level software restrictions or persistent system errors remain after a major crash.
At no point was our intention to mislead you. We communicated the repair process based on the information available at the time, and as with many heavily damaged drones, final results can depend on factors that are only fully revealed once internal diagnostics and repair work are performed.
We understand your frustration, but it is important to distinguish between a drone that needed repair and a drone that had been extensively damaged prior to service. We did not create the condition of the aircraft; we were asked to attempt to recover it. We stand by the time, labor, and professional assessment provided.

Mavic 3 pro
The drone doctor is a legend in my eyes, there service was prompt and exteamly well priced, I was expecting to pay 1000s. It only took a few days to repair after they received it, they even threw in a new camera guard wich was a unexpected bonus, they explained the issue to me in layman's terms about the diagnosis, very happy with there service and would recomend them to anyone for any repairs to your drone

I crashed my Mini 5 pro in December and Drone Doctor fixed it like new. It flies great as though nothing happened. Highly recommend drone doctor for repairs or getting a new drone. Excellent customer service.

had a great experience purchasing a drone from Drone Doctor. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of their service really stood out. The drone arrived exactly as described and performed flawlessly right out of the box.
One thing I really appreciated was how well everything was packaged. The drone was securely packed with plenty of protection, which gave me confidence that they truly care about delivering products in perfect condition. Shipping was prompt, and everything arrived safe and sound.
Overall, Drone Doctor is a reliable and professional company that clearly knows drones and values its customers. I would absolutely continue buying from them in the future, and I’d definitely be a repeat customer once the DJI ban gets resolved. Highly recommended!

I would give them 5 stars however the delivery was held up for a week before shipping . . I received the drone within 2 days following shipping but it took a week to ship . . Reliable company and product.
