On time arrival.
Nice behavior of driver.
Smooth driving.
Neatness.

Neat and clean, new vehicle. Driver was very polite and professional. Nice trip 👍🏻

Very disappointing and one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. The driver was extremely rude and immature in the way he handled the client. Even after raising a complaint through email and phone calls, there was no proper response, action or satisfactory solution from the support team.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before trusting their service. I would especially not recommend this service for women or families due to the lack of professionalism and proper customer support.

Very good , very polite and humble..

Smooth Driving, On time & great Driver

They calculated waiting time manually as driver can put any hours and waiting time charge 150.theu have charged 450 instead of 300.as they support only for drivers and not customers.

dear customer please be careful on this .some drivers put for every 5 minutes

Unsafe driving, older vehicle

He is genuine person, car neatness, Riding all are good

Promptness. The cab came on time.
Driving and the driver were good. The driver stuck to the rules viz., didn't attend phone calls. Collected travel charge as it was. Didn't ask extra amount.
Why I mentioned four stars is three drivers cancelled though the trip was confirmed. Till last minute there was uncertainty.

Driver is polite and decent driving is so Good.
