Simply the best property agent to work with in London
My property had been on the market with an agent for 216 days, just over 7 months without successfully finding a tenant and giving me very little feedback or direction on how to move forward.
After this extremely frustrating time, I was lucky enough to meet Stephanie at Druce located on Cadogan Street, just around the corner from my property.
The difference in service and professionalism in approach was evident from day one and was welcomed like a breath of fresh air. I instantly knew I was in the right hands.
Stephanie mindfully guided me through everything we needed to do to in order to get the property rented and as a first time renter this is exactly what I needed. Stephanie’s communication, attention to detail and presentation of the property was beyond impressive and the end results proved this.
Stephanie and her colleague Kamile from their South Kensington branch managed to get my property rented in just 18 days with a great tenant at a fantastic price.

The importance of the right property manager
I started renting out my home with Druce a year and a half ago. It started off pretty badly and now it's really good.
At first the property manager in charge was inefficient, frustrating and unresponsive. She drove me crazy!
Once I voiced my concerns and complaints she was replaced with Natasha Dillon who is absolutely awesome. Being abroad I needed someone to put my mind at rest and give me the feeling that everything is taken care of and she does that really well. She's available, responsive, communicative and handles and resolves issues efficiently and professionally.

I placed an inherited property for sale with Druce in Ladbroke Grove, London, around January 2024.
I worked with Oliver and Charlie mainly, who worked with me throughout the time it took to sell this house, in need of a lot of updating.
There were regular viewers and several interested parties and they remained firm to my expectations for both the type of buyer I wanted - no developers as this is a family home - and no low ball bids to be entertained.
They worked hard and always kept my wishes at their core, even supporting me with difficult issues ongoing with the official solicitor/Executor.
They kept me fully informed throughout the process and I would recommend to others.

After an initial, to put it mildly, bumpy start concerning repair works in my flat, I got in contact with someone who replied swiftly to all my mails, always with kindness and forthcoming. Then he took the organisation in hands and had everything done in practically no time. I am truly grateful.

I recently had a varied experience with Druce, renting out my property through them. Initially, there were some delays and issues, but their managing agent Natasha Dhillon worked efficiently with her team to resolve the matters, and the repairs were solid. They also did a fantastic job handling a serious damp problem and were responsive throughout. I appreciated their diligence during the process. Though there were some hiccups, including confusion over tenant offers and some turnover among staff, on the whole, Druce's team demonstrated commitment and skill, especially in finding suitable tenants and maintaining communication. Overall, I'm quite pleased with their service.

Flat sale
Daniel and his team went way beyond their remit in keeping our sale on track. When all seemed lost they kept pressing, and after 11 months we made the sale. Result!
Druce allow delays to cause damage
Druce show no care for properties and are willing to cause more damage with their delays. A slow leak should be a high priority, but Druce will gladly leave it 10 days before even enabling an appointment for repair, which is plenty of time for the humidity to grow mould. The single shower in a property being broken should be a high priority, but Druce are happy to delay this repair for a month with only apologies at the end. All this while being completely unresponsive to tenants. This is a company I would strongly recommend not doing business with.

The Hammersmith Sales team of Louise K and David H is very efficient and pro-active. The moment our house went on the market with them, their team really pushed the marketing and everyday there was a viewing or two. The communication from the Team was very precise and quick. Every time I called, email or whatsapp, all my questions were answered in time quickly. If you live around Hammersmith then look no further and don't go with Multi-agency. Druce agency repairs in a new flat
I recently moved into a flat rented by Druce. There were a number of fixes that needed to be made and after a bit of a delay, Druce's managing agent Natasha Dhillon and her contractors I have to say did a great job on the works. Their repairs were solid and Natasha was responsive and helpful. The only negative was it took a while to address everything but in the end, almost all the smaller problems related to the functioning of the flat have been resolved and the work done was excellent. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
Tenants Beware
Tenants Beware. Believe it or not, I am a Landlord complaining about Druce's treatment of our tenants ! Throughout the years we have encountered nothing but problems with Druce. They have very high turnover, have resorted to using recruiting companies to replace all the employees that are leaving. We have had countless Property Managers ( if you can call them that ). On occasion we complained to Neil McGimpsey the UK MD and Neal Verman who is the Chief Legal Compliance officer. and Rob Swann , Area Director, (Chelsea Office). I can only say that complaining to them is like to complaining to a brick wall. They could care less.
On this occasion our former tenants vacated the property and left it in good condition. On Thursday the 6th of September at 8.30 Druce was instructed by us to issue a 100% refund immediately. On the 24th of September our tenant wrote me an urgent note stating that they had still not received their deposit. We have issued a complaint to the Property Ombudsman regarding other financial impropieties which are currently being investigated. we immediately wrote to the Property Ombudsman, the MD of Druce, office of Fair Trading Standards and a few more. That got their attention as they IMMEDIATELY informed me that it was a Sort Code Issue and they would make the payment today. ( Odd that it took them 17 days to resolve a sort code issue???? Hmmmm....I'm sure they were telling me the truth.)
So if you are a tenant, be very careful who you give your deposit to. I would suggest someone other than Druce. Of course it's your choice.
Fabulous Refurb
My flat developed a serious damp problem. I have just completed a major refurbishment and a new tenant is moving in today. Druce have guided me through this from start to finish. They have been brilliant! Natasha found an excellent contractor and she and Emil have managed a challenging project with skill and diligence. They have been available and responsive. Harry's team were so quick to find a new tenant. Thank you all so much for your hard work and support.
