Resposta da Drum Shop Glasgow
Hi Kevin, we are sorry that you were let down by our courier. Although, as you say, we promptly dispatched the correct item, the courier is outside of our control. We are glad though that you did receive the item. We find EVRI to be in fact generally very reliable but clearly on this occasion they have let both of us down and for that we can only apologise and provide the appropriate feedback to EVRI. Best wishes. Phil, Drum Shop Glasgow
