Exceptional customer service. At first, I accidentally bought a wrong product (with similar name to the product I was supposed to get). I realized my mistake after a few hours and contacted customer service to see if the order could be canceled. Even though the order had been fulfilled by that time, a customer service agent (Kelly) was able to locate the package and stop it from being shipped out, and I received a full refund. I placed a second order for the correct product, which was promptly shipped and received in good condition.

This company is AWFUL, beware. There is not refund option if something doesn’t work! They will only issue a store credit and you only find out after you attempt to return the item. It’s on their website as an FAQ and their customer support says you are supposed to check that BEFORE you place an order! Who does that?! Zero stars if I could give it that rating. Terrible customer support.

Ordered on 9/6 and received 9/9 in Missouri. Great prices and very fast delivery from FL to MO.

People have written here about this situation before, and now it happened to me. I made an order and after some time I decided to return it. They accepted my goods, but then they also wrote that they do not return the money to my bank account, but credit it to my account in their store, and now I can only spend this money in their store. I'm not sure, but is it even legal?
In general, as for me for such it is extremely unprofessional and certainly, I do not recommend anyone to contact them, as if you return your goods, the money will still remain with them.

I placed an order that was cancelled. I called and inquired why? The CSR told me the order was tagged as potential fraud. Excuse me??
I paid with a valid credit card that was accepted. The CSR suggested I sent a copy of my DL. I told the THEY were the fraud.

NOTICE-They do not refund purchases. They only provide you with a store credit. I called in to place my order and talked to a rep. They never told me upfront. I will never shop at dryeyerescue.

It was fast and super easy with automatic shipping. Easy to change shipping dates too.

The price, at first. It was 1 of maybe 2 higher quality brands that were recommended, but the price for this product is a bit better.

The product is exactly what I was looking for but it’s no good if is out if stock. I had to find a different option.

The product arrives timely and it’s a very good product , it’s seems to work , with gradual eye site improvement.
