I ordered my speaker 4 weeks ago. DS18 sent me the wrong color. Instead of stepping up and fixing their issue and sending me the correct unit immediately, I had to ship their product back, wait for their “warranty department” to process the return before I could get my correct speaker. This process took 4 weeks.

For majority of everyone that is leaving bad reviews, do you think maybe it could be just you? Just need to be kind and patient. I have received product that wasn't quite up to my standards. I contacted Aaron and he has made it right, not once, but twice. Courtesy will go a long way. You call whining and yelling will get you no where. I do appreciate the help and will order my Pods as soon as they are available.

Didn't get the correct bar clamps for jeep .had to buy the correct ones very expensive

Quick and easy shopping experience. Everything was easy to figure out, shipped and packaged well so no damage. Product is better in person than online. Very impressed.

DS18 warranty is a joke. I purchased an entire system from them. Two of the speakers busted. I contacted them several times. Then they tell me that I need to send the speakers back for their engineers to test the speakers to see if it was a manufacturer defect. It has been three weeks since they received my speakers and I haven’t received any feedback. So, I hope you don’t have a warranty problems if so be prepared for a long drawn out disappointing experience.

Ordered straight from ds18 so I wasnt playing middle man games and the amp I got instantly pops the fuse I get ahold of ds18 and they send me a return shipping to my email I can't get it off dont have a printer so I'm stuck with a broken amp and there customer service is crappy and no help at all honestly they don't even try to help so I take it as a learning lesson had plans on buying my mids from them but will go another route

I ordered on Monday, April 19th 2021, as of today, Friday, April 23rd, my order has not shipped. I have tried calling several times with no answer or call back.

The box was awesome.. surprised my fiancé with it anf he loved it

Communication with questions was not very good but the product arrived on time and the confirmations were great. Product was packaged extremely well and looks very durable. I installed it in my ‘19 RZR 900S and the sound is amazing. I don’t drive it rough so we’ll see how it holds up in the elements.

I've gotten some 5way 6x9s that blew 2 days after I got them. But wanted to give them another chance because people talked highly of ds18

The shipping was horrible. Don’t use fedex. They are trash. They didn’t know where to deliver the package to. It came 4 days late. Then, the box was torn up in shipping. I paid $190 for door speakers. It would be nice for them to come In good condition. However, the ordering process was great. Took no time at all to order and customer service was great. Just make sure to list the controller for the rgb 6.5 speakers with them, so others know what else they need to buy.

Service on my order was great. Shipped right away. Packaging was perfect and merchandise was well protected. Not much informarion for connection and hook up. A guide would be nice online.

I haven't recieved my order so its hard to not give a bad review. Also when ordering you should give a better understanding of the points rewards and how to use them
