The website is well organized and descriptions are very well written a give sufficient detail. A lot of items are out of stock but you are eligible to sign up for a reminder when the item is back in stock. Great set up free shipping on orders over $99 and the order becomes fulfilled the next day.

Product is awesome. Speakers sound great and are loud as hell. Customer service needs a bit of work. Very helpful when you do get in contact with them.

I purchased a 1,500.00 unit for my Jeep and the product specified IN STOCK, SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS! That was 4 days ago and after 3 attempts to find out why I had not received shipping notification I finally received an answer that my order would ship tomorrow. 5 days after I bought it. Maybe.... remains to be seen and my level of trust is low atm.
I would speak with customer service and get that in a screen shot before I purchased from them if I had it to do over. I'm on a schedule here....

Got an email saying the product was in stock. Placed my order. Two days later I received an email asking if I could send my card number and a picture of my ID to them. I called to verify with them if the emailed or if it was spam. I’ve called multiple times and nobody has returned my phone call. A week later received a phone call saying the product was out of stock I tried to return the phone call, left a message three times and nobody has responded to me. Then got an email saying my order was canceled. Call to try to speak with someone to question why my order was canceled and nobody has called me.

I've only had the sound bar installed for one day, but absolutely love it.
It looks so amazing, and sounds even better.
Now I just need to figure out where I'm going to put a sub. I do wish the 8's had a little bit deeper bass, but overall, I'm excited and pleased with this purchase.
