I’ve just don’t my 2 day door supervisor refresher course it was 5star all the way great trainer great course you get plenty of time

I completed the Emergency First Aid at Work & Door Supervisor Refresher course, and it was a very valuable experience. The trainer was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly, making the course easy to understand and engaging. The venue was comfortable and well-organised. Refreshments were also provided, including pizza, chocolate, and sweets, which was a really nice touch. I especially enjoyed the practical parts of the training which helped build my confidence.

I would highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for high-quality training. Thanks again for your support and a great learning experience.

I truly enjoyed the course, including the Emergency First Aid training. The sessions were well-structured, informative, and engaging throughout. The practical elements were especially helpful and made the learning experience both enjoyable and easy to understand thanks to our knowledgeable Mr Abdul.
What I appreciated most about DS Education was the supportive learning environment and your clear, professional approach to teaching. The venue was also excellent — comfortable, well-organised, and conducive to learning.

I attended the course from 2 feb 2026 to 7 feb 2026, and the training was well structured, clear, and engaging throughout. I especially enjoyed the Emergency First Aid course, as it was practical, informative, and explained in a very easy-to-understand way.
The trainers were knowledgeable, supportive, and always happy to answer questions. Abdul was very professional and made sure everyone understood the content properly. I also appreciated the friendly learning environment.
The venue was clean, well organised, and easy to access, which made the whole experience comfortable.
I would highly recommend DS Education to anyone looking to complete their Door Supervisor training.

As I reflect on completing my SIA Door Supervisor training, I feel deeply grateful. The experience was nice, very good, and filled with amazing feelings from the supportive group, encouraging peers, and dedicated tutors who made learning engaging. The facility was top-notch one of the best places to learn: modern, clean, and equipped for hands-on drills, simulations, and practical exercises.
The program provided all the best knowledge I need as a door supervisor, covering key areas like private security industry basics, legislation, conflict management, communication, physical intervention, and emergency procedures. Importantly, it included comprehensive first aid training Emergency First Aid at Work, teaching life-saving skills like CPR, bleeding control, and airway management which will help immensely in real situations. The tutors were knowledgeable and passionate, sharing real insights and feedback. The positive camaraderie made it uplifting and motivating.
This training was transformative, building skills in awareness, ethics, and professionalism while meeting SIA standards. I’m proud, inspired, and ready for the role. Thanks to everyone

I just finished my CCTV, First aid and Emergency, and SIA course at DS Education. Training was intense,engaging and still taught in a way that makes learning easy.Fantastic tutors. I had fun while learning. An experience I won’t forget in a hurry.

Recently done two courses from here Sia and CCTV course. The staff and my teacher : Abdul Wadood everyone there was so helpful, educated, encouraging and empathetic.. I'm so satisfied and learnt skills and fully confident to be a SIA and CCTV operator because I know the skills and fully trained now ..thanks to DS education

This experience was very intense but worth it and led to me doing well in the exams and assessments. The trainers are top class and I highly recommend that if people are looking for a security course they should come here. They also offer amazing support and service.

Just completed my sia refresher top up course through DS Education. They are an amazing bunch of people, go through all relevant sections in detail and answer all questions that be asked throughout the course. Highly recommend anyone that needs to do their course to do it here.

I did my Emergency First Aid and Door Supervisor courses at DS EDUCATION from 24th to 30th of November 2025. The course was thorough and detailed. The Tutor by name Abdul made it easy for me and my classmates to understand the components of the courses. The classroom was comfortable. Snacks and tea was provided daily. We were even offered pizza one of the days. I passed all my exams. There is a high pass rate by students. I highly recommend DS EDUCATION to anyone looking for a place to do SIA courses in Birmingham.

DS Education is one of the best in Birmingham. The tuition is reasonable and they are equipped with all the needed appropriate instruments. I enjoy practicals as well as their snacks.

DS Education is a great study centre, with detail oriented instructor, great delivery of study material, secured environment.

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to my tutor who took his time to carefully explain and practically show me and my coursemates how to be a good First Aider and I would also like to thank the whole of DE EDUCATION team for providing a very conducive environment and providing the right equipments for this training after this training I am very pleased and confident to go to the real world to put my skills into practice when necessary my training started on the 27th day of October 2025 and ended on the 2nd day of November.
With all this I would gladly recommend to anyone who wants to do their training to register with them

I don’t do reviews unless it’s absolutely terrible or exceptional. You can see where this is going from my 5* review. It was a solid 7 day intense DS and first aid course and I passed so very happy about that. Staff were courteous and supportive. Ample parking. Course price was competitive. The tutor named Abdul done a terrific job absolutely nothing bad to say about his teaching and people skills. I would 100% recommend this place. They teach you in such a great way, everything sticks in your brain, practicals were fun but with the scores I got from the 4 exams I’m just shocked that someone like myself could learn so much in such a short time. 10/10. Bad points: I did get put off by the initial self learning part before starting the course but in the grand scheme of things it’s not even an issue and just makes you mentally ready for the course itself.
