For some reason this institution calls itself bank while it was and still is miserable "KACA". It charges for deposit, for withdrawal, for counting bills when deposit in cash and for everything possible.

Not the worst, but very bad still. Terrible maintenance fees, terrible savings account % that are never worth it (we're talking 0.02% interest rates LOL), there are so many better services out there.

Terrible experience. They charge fees that even their own employees don’t seem to know about. The staff are arrogant and incompetent — they don’t answer the questions that actually matter.
I decided to close my account, and an employee assured me that I had nothing more to do with DSK.
A few months later, someone transferred money to me using my phone number and — surprise — the money ended up in a DSK account. I went to a branch again, and the employee simply said, “I don’t know what happened.” I escalated the issue further to higher levels.

Customer for over 5 years. Randomly charged €50 maintenance fee.
Asked for a legally required written explanation and they wanted another €25 to explain their own charge. Absolute joke of a bank.

They blocked my cards when I was travelling and would not respond to emails or phone calls terrible service. I will close these accounts ASAP, no apologies absolutely nothing from them and then they lied about the whole thing. Third world bank

Worst bank to transact with, my cash deposit got stuck at one of their ATM machine, for weeks now no feedback about my money, kept going to the ATM stand branch with no positive response, instead the issued a case number #2245-10-00098 and reluctant to credit my cash.

Банковите услуги станаха толкова модерни че чак станаха хлъзгави и несигурни и неудобни за клиента.Днес при опит да си отворя обикновена банкова сметка ми казаха че трябва да снимам някакъв баркод че да можело да си отворя акаунт.Ама то иначе не ставало разбираш ли без моя пълен с вируси корейски самсунг да види какво аз правя.Че и гугъла да се осведоми добре.Попитах ако съм пенсионерка без смартфон как ще ми отворят акаунт и ми отговориха че ще ли да ползват телефона на някой друг човек че и той да има дял в сметката ми.Казах че не ми е нужно мобилно банкиране и искам договор на хартия химикал и печат аз отивам лично но те не правели такива акаунти без баркод и смартфон
