Dear Cecile,
we are very sorry for your bad experience with our delivery provider.
Your feedback is important to us and we will be working closely with our courier to prevent a repetition of this failure. With the increased demand in the holiday season, deliveries can, unfortunately, be delayed at times.
Kind regards,
DS Smith ePack
Trying hard to think of something negative to say...and failed
Really helpful staff at DS Smith guided me to the best product for my needs. The price was fabulous, the delivery was quick and problem-free. The product is a good-looking, robust box that has protected china in the postal system (!) and the customers love it. My only suggestion is that you do practise constructing the boxes a few times because the side-locking flaps need a bit of attention to get the box looking ideal. Recommended!

The only reason for 3 stars
The only reason for 3 stars, is the look of the product compared to the look on the website, super speedy ordering and delivery, but white boxes were more grey than white.

Dear Jennine,
thank you for your review. Our cardboard boxes are made from recycled paper, therefore, the colour shade is off-white. To avoid any confusion in the future we have added this information to our website.
