I bought a Daninese Racing 4 Jacket which for no fault of D Store Manchester arrived with a faulty zip.
One phone call later and the jacket was returned and replaced with a new one completely hassle free.
Very impressed with the jacket and very impressed with the Customer Service received from D Stores Manchester.

Brilliant guys. Took my AGV Pista GPRR in with a broken visor button today Sunday 17 Aug. The guys at D-Store had a replacement part in stock and fitted it there and then. Service doesn’t come much better than that. Thanks very much.

Easy to shop and purchase with. 4 stars because Parcelforce said it would deliver on the Tuesday but it arrived on the Wednesday, which I appreciate is not a DStore criticism. Would buy from DStore again

Fast. Well packaged. Two items came separately.

Helpful on phone, but repeated failure to deal with requests pertaining to the item I bought.

Purchased a RST Tractech Evo 4 suit, boots and gloves,
Poorly packaged items.
On inspected the 1 piece suit 1 of the attached knee sliders has a massive wide scratch, I expect items I buy to at least look new.
After a few unanswered emails they got back to me.
Apologising for late reply due to being busy and a pair of new RST knee sliders are on the way and tracking given. Next day delivery excellent after sales and customer service.

I ordered an RST Endurance jacket from their website because I preferred the one advertised rather than the patterning on the same jacket elsewhere. When it arrived it was the same as the others but too late before a 1000mile ride for the British Legion to do anything about it. Explained the problem over the phone and was told that it was probably a pre production photo but they are still using the same photo so still mis selling products.

I have a defective airbag jacket which I use for daily commuting. I contacted Dianese online via web chat for support but this was uneventful. I was asked to contact a local supplier. I tried the Manchester store on Tuesday morning and was advised the shop was busy but someone would call back later that day. It has now been two days without response.

The after sales/technical support service I have received is very poor and I am left with no support for a device which was purchased as a life saving device and used daily.

Products (Dainese jacket and back protection) were dispatched next day (ordered at 4pm) and were with me the day after. Packed well so as to keep the goods protected and in good condition. Great service.
