It seems like it has gone down hill. One order of a gang sheet, you could tell the red ink was running out, very faded on all designs and had lines through them! This last order I paid extra for 2 day shipping and did not receive until 2 days after two day delivery window.

I love DTF Sheet! Have ordered in the past and will continue to order in the future. Even when hiccups arrive ( because they do- we are human) the DTF Sheet team is supportive and on the case to ensure everything is good. Quality of prints are superb and delivery (especially to me all the way in Hawai'i) is always reasonable.

Free sample, but pixelated images
I love that they sent a free sample pack. That way you get to see their quality and test out how easy the transfers are.
However their sample pack looked like the printing quality was not the best. Was blurry and slightly pixelated.

Good job
I am a place to order and at first I completely jacked up the way the order was submitted I didn't have size I didn't clarify how many images I wanted but the customer service at DTF actually reached out to me directly call me we worked out the logistics and then I got them like I want to say like 3 days later maybe four I'm also experience I'm actually considering ordering again I just left a voice message actually inquiring about bottle wraps for water bottles whether or not you guys make those and I've definitely recommended your business to other family members so appreciate it

Seemed great until it wasn't
The process was fairly simple and my order arrived on time. However, I did have an issue with one of the stickers. I contacted customer support, and they were very kind, saying that they would overnight a replacement sticker to me so that I would have it in time for an event. So far, 5 stars... except I never received that new sticker, nor a tracking number. I did request an update and didn't hear back. I guess I'm not getting it. :(

Excellent Customer Service
Products arrived in good condition. There was a mistake in my delivery where I had paid for overnight shipping but the product did not come for several days. I was refunded without question. Customer service with DTF is always quick and very accommodating! I will continue to use DTF for all of my transfer orders!
