I've ordered twice from them. Apart from both orders taking 1-2 weeks just to ship, the first order missed multiple items, only one of which was refunded after some effort.

I gave them a second chance and boy do I regret it. Package was never delivered, despite the tracking being marked as "delivered." Under EU law the seller is responsible for goods up until the point it is handed over to the recipient (which didn't happen ). This is a fact. Customer service were unbelievably arrogant and uninformed. I've never experienced customer service this bad. The person replying was incapable of comprehending my emails and had a truly shocking attitude.

I will likely have to do a chargeback through my bank.

Stay away from this company - they are incredibly unprofessional, and unaware of EU law. Save yourself the hassle.

The package got lost. Hermes wanted me to sign a letter that I did not receive the package. They assured me that Dubaicollection will take care of reinstating me.

When I contacted them, they responded really arrogant and not interested in solving the matter for their customer. Even though they responded I have never ever encountered a company that was handling the contact to their customers as bad as they did. I am highly unsatisfied. They took the money and I did not receive a package nor a recompensation at all. I would advice everyone to stay away from this shop, to me they are a scam.

The positive: Everything arrived without any damage. Out of 9 fragrances I ordered I really like 8. Both clones and original creations are great. The 1 I don't like is on me, I had no idea about what it is, threw it in the basket anyways.

The negative: Shipping was slow, took a week to get it shipped, and another 3 (work)days to get it delivered.

Ordine effettuato il 4 giugno, ad oggi 25 giugno il pacco risulta perso e l' azienda non risponde né su whatsapp né per email. Pessimi.

I was very unsure if i should order from this website based on the comments but my order arrived with no issues.

Order took very long before it was shipped. I had to asked after days it it was getting shipped... Also I bought a parfum on pictures and description 100ML. I received 75ML so not a reliable seller, did asked about it but no response.

Order incomplete 5 samples missing & perfume bottle missing. The order was around 100 euros and 43 euro is missing. No respond from them via whatsapp & email. It's a bummer because they offer great samples & prices. This was my second time ordering. With the first order everything went alright

made my first purchase and everything seemed to be going well, it took as long as expected to arrive. But when I opened the order, my surprise was that the order I placed with this company included three 100 ml perfumes and the one they sent me, one of the products was 50 ml.
I was very sad about this situation because I feel like I was deceived.

Meine Kinder haben 3 größere Fläschchen und 5 kleinere Proben Parfüm für insgesamt 100 EUR bestellt (ohne die Eltern zu fragen, ob das eine gute Idee sei...), davon sind zwei Produkte im Wert von etwas über 30 EUR nicht angekommen. Nachfrage per Mail bei Dubai Collection Perfumery ergab nach 2 Wochen keinerlei Rückmeldung.

Update: nachdem ich eine Verbraucherbeschwerde über das Portal der EU eingereicht habe, hat sich der Händler über das Portal gemeldet und zumindest 20 EUR zurückerstattet. Daher gebe ich jetzt einen zusätzlichen Stern um dem Rechnung zu tragen.

Juste perfect! Made an order (first time buying there) and everything was smooth and perfect! Shipping on time, well packaged. I’ll buy again from them for sure!

1 Parfüm bestellt und 1 Abfüllung.
Es ist beides angekommen. Das Parfüm war ok, ob gefälscht kann ich nicht sagen. Die Haltbarkeit war sehr schwach.
Die Abfüllung war etwas komplett anderes. Es roch nach Sonnencreme mit einer komischen Ledernote.
Es sah auch wie sehr flüssige Sonnencreme aus.
Der Duft sollte eigentlich fruchtig frisch riechen.

Ich habe mir gedacht so kann dieser Duft auf keinen Fall riechen und habe ihn woanders bestellt. Tatsache......was die mir da abgefüllt haben, ich habe keine Ahnung. Auf jeden Fall etwas anderes.
Das reicht mir leider, um in diesem Shop nie wieder etwas zu bestellen. Das Vertrauen ist hinüber.

The order was carried out extremely fast and comparable to a domestic one. No problem whatsover.
What I did not like is that I was not able to find the address for returns. However, based on the experience of a quick response from these guys with my query that was not regarding my order, I would expect them to provide you all the information you would need for return. Just be warned not to try to return a perfume with damaged/or missing foil.
Lastly, the company is based in Romania which is now stated on the website as well. Thanks.

Très content des deux commandes passées sur le site la livraison a été un peu longue mais ils ont été très réactif aux messages pour m expliquer le pourquoi du comment et en me rajoutant un petit cadeau pour la gêne occasionnée.

I ordered a few products a few weeks back, and I haven't received them yet.
I ended up sending an email to them, regarding the fact that their policy was "shipped within 7 days) as 2 weeks had passed by without hearing anything.
They never answered.
I ended up calling them regarding my issue, and my package, and had to call 8 times before they picked up the phone.
When I finally spoke with one of their colleagues and asked them about my package, the customer service lady was just laughing and joking, and talking with other people (in romanian) at the same time. It felt like they weren't taking it seriously.
She told me that if they had time for it today, they would send the package the next day(if they had time). I should have received my order by now, it has been 13 days since I ordered my package.
Very unprofessional service. Will update when I receive my order.

Der Shop bietet eine große Auswahl an orientalischen Düften, die man sonst in Europa vergeblich sucht. Hier bekommt man sie zu einem sehr erschwinglichen Preis.
Die Ware kam innerhalb einer Woche nach Bezahlung bestens verpackt an.
Absolut freundlicher Kundenservice und seriöses Unternehmen.
Versand innerhalb Europas völlig unkompliziert.
Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
