It was easy to order on line and the way you followed up to double check an item was fantastic! I rarely see this quality of device these days.

I’ve ordered from them in the past and have been satisfied. Ordered on 2/13. Didn’t ship until 2/19. Disappointing but not the end of the world.

Nordfab had a new surcharge and they e-mailed customers that the change would go into effect after 2/15. I was still charged the extra fee even though I got my order in on 2/13. I brought this to the company’s attention and was forwarded to their support team. That’s fine. What’s not fine is that it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything from the support team. I’ve followed up but still no response.

Great product and have always been happy with the parts and system. The customer service, though, doesn’t match the price tag.

The ducting is excellent. All of the staff I spoke with were excellent.

I am disappointed they jumped the gun on the steel price increases. Here on the west coast steel price increases are coming around mid March

The shipping was prompt. I had an issue with some damage on a few of the items and they were promptly replaced with minimal effort on my part.

Top notch. I emailed with my shop layout and a rough plan of what I wanted to do, Rusty Jenkins did a great job with my design and was a great help. Answered questions quickly, and made changes to design when asked. Once plans were finalized and I approved them, I received all of my duct work within 1 week. I got 6" Nordfab duct. It was easy to assemble, especially with the layout design plans that were drawn up. A few weeks after my initial purchase, I called again, spoke with the same person who did my plan, and ordered more for additional duct runs. Everyone there is nice and helpful. A+++++

Ducting Systems is very reliable, fairly priced, and quick to get me what I need for the mist collection system I have.

They had what I needed, I communicated with customer service I needed it ASAP and they copied the shipping dept. on it and it came ahead of schedule by 3 days. They did what they said they were going to, did not give the Covid excuse of "it gets there when it gets there" - a good company!

The best measure is the Company's performance when something goes wrong. They stepped right up when the first shipment was destroyed by the shipping company. A complete new shipment was out in five days (special order stuff delayed it). Cody Bingham was a great help in designing the system.

We were in a bind and needing ducting for a new machine asap. They stepped up and got the needed materials shipped to us in time for us to get up and running.
