Fast delivery great package and the product is amazing

The company did not track my package well for an initial purchase. After it had been some time since placing the order I contacted the customer service email. Within 24 hours I recieved a reply, was informed that my package was lost in shipping and had a new shipment sent out asap! The communication was flawless and I recieved the second package in a timely manner. Very happy with the resolution and the products themselves :)

Never received my order

I love love the smell of roses! The oil defuser is perfect, long lasting , only a few drops needed at a time . and delivers as per its written description! Very satisfied!!!

I used oils in my diffuser, the diffuser become oily and stopped working.

I think the company is doing well. I received a damaged product and they replaced the entire set. Which was nice. The quality is what you pay for. I like the bahkoor. I shopped their products on Amazon and then I used the website to order an Attar set. I would try other products in the future. Like the premium Attar oils.

Highly recommended , it’s 100 percent better than the other alcoholic perfumes all Muslims male or female should use this it wonderful smells great my whole apartment smells all day

I was worried as i didn't receive any updates on shipment after the order was placed. I emailed the customer service and they replied me back within 24 hours. I got my order the day after. They were really helpful.

Very good products, value for money, delivery is quick and every product smells amazing

The company is fine & the bottle is cool. I didn't like the scent at all. I've learned that there are two kinds of oud. Woody incense one and a so called barnyard one. This is the barnyard oud. Very disappointed. They don't take return or exchange if you've opened it. 🤔

Three stars for quick processing times and scents are good. Two things I was disappointed in, first I was under the impression this was manufactured in one of the Arabic countries, no it’s from India. Second, the sandalia rose smells like strong sandalwood, good for those liking sandalwood but very faint rose scent. A marketing gimmick? The room spray is good and lasts long, three stars.

The quality of the product is very poor. When I brought this to your customer service, I feel somehow you want to avoid the real issues just by sending generic replies and that too after a week and follow up.
