I recently rented a dumpster!
I recently rented a dumpster from Dumpster Rental Enterprises and honestly the whole process was way easier than I expected. The website was simple to navigate, I was able to find pricing quickly, and ordering online only took a few minutes. I liked that the pricing was clearly laid out so I didn’t feel like I was going to get hit with a bunch of surprise fees later.
The dumpster showed up when they said it would and the size I chose ended up being perfect for cleaning out my garage and getting rid of a bunch of old junk that had been piling up. Pickup was smooth too and I didn’t have to chase anyone down to get it scheduled.
Overall it felt like a really straightforward, no-stress experience. If you’re doing a home cleanout or a small renovation project and need a dumpster without a complicated process, this was a solid option. I’d definitely use them again.

Avoid. Read!
May want to Avoid this middle man if you are running a job site. Just read. I'm sure they will find a way to make it my fault. Go directly to the dumpster company rather then the first google add you see for dumpster service.
1.) Their so called "dispatch team" is nothing other then the actual company they are going to book your service with.
2.) Be sure to keep track and document every pick up and delivery. I am on site everyday they miscount the swap and still charge me for dumpster that was not swapped. Wouldn't take my word for it. I should have stopped service in the beginning of this project once this occurred. I let it slide.
3.) Got me to sign several contracts over the period of the job with specific days for drop only to call back after payment has been collected to say their scheduling is full and cant get to at the agreed upon time. maybe in the future confirm the schedule before signing contract and accepting payment.
4.) Waited almost 6 weeks to charge the card on file and to send me overage fees totaling 2600.00. Had i known i was overfilling as many dumpsters that i was i would have put in less from the beginning. The fees are fine if there is over weight but to not send these out as they occurred added a lot of back and fourth that would have never happened had i known. After further research their overage fee is almost twice the price per ton as most competition.
5.) They will absolutely charge the card on file for a dry run fee even if the truck did not drive to the site. I had two dumpsters at all times on site. I would schedule two swaps simultaneously, one truck would come pick up a dumpster take a picture of the other dumpster still on the site that they believed was over full. Then charge a dry run fee of 350 for a truck that never came to the site. Claiming that if its been dispatched/scheduled they will charge the card.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. You were a high-volume customer with near-daily orders, and we genuinely appreciated the opportunity to support your project.
Because your job involved frequent swaps and heavy materials like dirt, weight limits became an ongoing concern. Our team made multiple reminders — including recorded calls — about keeping containers level and within capacity to help prevent overage charges. When dumpsters are loaded above the fill line or with very dense material, the landfill bills strictly by weight, and those charges are passed through at the contracted rate.
Regarding scheduling, we always confirm requested service dates based on dispatch availability. On large projects with multiple swaps, routes can fill quickly, and we communicate timing updates as soon as we receive them. We understand how frustrating delays can be on an active job site.
As for the overage timing, we agree that delayed weight tickets create frustration. In this case, the landfill invoices were issued later than expected, which is why the charges were processed after the project had progressed. We’re actively working to shorten that billing gap whenever possible so customers have clearer visibility in real time.
Dry run fees are only applied when a truck has been dispatched and arrives but cannot complete service due to load conditions or site restrictions. These policies are outlined in the agreement signed prior to each rental to ensure expectations are clear upfront.
We understand that large, fast-moving projects require tight coordination. While we stand by the terms and documentation for this job, we’re always open to reviewing specific concerns directly.
