We use Dunbridge for all of our foreign exchange needs and international currency payments. A completely online experience, low cost, and friendly staff available whenever we need them.

The Dunbridge Financial team was easy to deal with, and made the process easy for me to understand. I sold my home in the US and moved to Canada so we transferred a large sum. The rate we received was very good, and the process was quick.

Misleading information on website.
I started the enrollment process because the site said it can send money from India (in Indian Rupees) to US (in US Dollars).
However, while trying to transfer the money after completing the online Account set up process, it showed only a handful of currencies from which money could be transferred in Dollars to US. Indian Rupees was not among those currencies.
Hence, the service is of no use to me and I unnecessarily wasted my time trying to set up the account and provided them some sensitive information in doing so.
What's more, even after getting email that my account was successfully set up and ready to use, I also got some emails from this company's Sales team asking me to call them to complete the set up of my account.
Overall, very confusing experience.

I received a prompt response acknowledging my application with notification My self receiving a personal telephone call from an associate.
I promptly received a telephone call and was provided information as well as opportunity to ask questions.
I love the very personal response that I received as well as a regular update on the rates.

The company, and in particular Daniel (Dan) Griffin, have been professional, clear in communication/explaining processes, flexible and quick to respond. Great rates and thankful for their support in transacting business.

I had never had to make a payment to the USA before as I used a credit card. This was working fine until we had an amount to pay that was over the credit card limit. We went to our bank about sending transfers, etc and found the charges were terrible. Well we started a search to find a cheaper solution and found Dan Griffin at Dunbridge Financial and he offered us the best cost and it is so easy to use them. I was so impressed by the cost savings and the ease of using them. I would definitely advise you to give them a try!

I wanted to get a better rate than my bank offered for US dollars. I contacted Dunbridge after being advised by a trusted friend. I dealt with Kyler in Toronto, he was easy to deal with. This was my first experience with a currency exchange. The transaction went smooth from beginning to end. I can absolutely recommend Kyler at Dunbridge in Toronto.

Currency exchange made simple and cost effective. Great customer service, easy to set up an account and fast trades. You can't go wrong.

Update: I called the customer service number provided in the response, and it was a great experience. Quickly talked to a real person, and they were willing to cancel the trade for me after all.

Original review: I had no reason to think that checking a box and clicking one button was locking me into an exchange contract. Every other banking-type service I've used has always had at least one confirmation screen between initiation and completion. Not so here, despite their more aggressive than usual security screenings to just login to the account.

This was my first time using Dunbridge Financial and it was a large amount. I was nurvous about doing the transaction but I was given great support by the team at Dunbridge who lead me through each step and kept me advised of the progress. The funds arrived in my Australian bank in 2 business days.

I quickly exchanged currency while in Europe and received excellent rates. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
