Have purchased many products from Duncan Stewart. All excellent quality, extremely reasonably priced and swift delivery, even with personalised items. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My daughter absolutely loves her glow in the dark hoodie which actually works! She hangs it up on her bedroom door and it lights up the room for about 15mins. Such a great product and personalised too. Tom and the team have been so accommodating when ordering for business use too and the process is seamless. Highly recommend dealing with this company. Always nice to support a local family business as opposed to large corporate entities.

Tom and the rest of the team at Duncan Stewart were so kind, patient and flexible while preparing personalised Enamel Mugs for my wedding guests. Their customer service was amazing and they were so quick with their responses - this was particularly appreciated as I was having a bit of a last minute wedding so I had a lot of other things on my plate at the time. They were so helpful with the ideas for the design and were really kind in preparing samples for me so I could see how the completed product would look. The delivery was so quick, the mugs (x20) came well packaged and the end results are super cute. Everybody absolutely loved them and I was delighted with my experience - thank you very much! :)

Came on time and quality was good. But paid for personalised and it wasn’t personalised. I will make do with it now but did pay extra for this

I run an Instagram account which talks about my journey with cancer. I contacted this company about getting a personalised towel to say 'kicking cancers butt'. No ONLY did they send me my beautiful towel out for free but they gave me a discount code to share on my Instagram page so other cancer patients could get themselves a little treat too! How beautiful is that! You don't find many companies who would go above and beyond like this. My towel is absolutely beautiful, the quality is amazing and you are able to choose the colour of the towel, the font colour and the font! Highly highly recommend this company! Cant wait to buy a few other bits from them 😍💜

Just recently dealt with this company and I feel that they deserve high appraisal. Excellent customer service, going out of their way to resolve a problem, for example, I had forgotten to include a person on my order of personalised embroidered towels. As soon as I realised my mistake I made a quick telephone call to alter the online order.
This was done efficiently without any delay and the costs correctly adjusted to suit. This was followed up by an email confirming my amended order and revised costs. This is the second time I have used them over the last two weeks and I will definitely use them again.
I strongly recommend this company for both their product quality and their customer service.

I ordered from here having never used this company and just finding them in google.
I paid extra for Christmas delivery but with a week to go and having not heard anything I emailed them (I’m one to panic) I was emailed back shortly after letting me know exactly what stage my order was at and assuring me my order would be on time.
Then due to an error on my part I rang the company again in a panic, Ian (who had also emailed me) quickly reassured me and was fantastic. Towels have arrived, the personalisation was perfect and the towels are lovely! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!!

Every so often you deal with a company that you feel deserves and appreciates your custom. Excellent customer service, going out of their way to resolve queries. Great range of good value products. Will definitely use them again and next time, i'll go direct rather than through the big online shopping place named after a rain forest.

After weeks of searching online for a good quality dressing gown that I could get personalized, I decided to use Towels R us. I contacted the company, as the logo I had provided needed to be adapted slightly, the guy on the phone was so helpful, and all amendments had been carried out. To have the logo applied, it did cost an additional £30.00, which I was dubious to pay at first, but I can honestly say it's worth every penny!
The finishing product was absolutely amazing, and the embroidery was perfect. This is going to be the best Christmas gift!!
