Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! There was a typo on the delivery address and the postal service returned to sender. The company reached out to me immediately and sent a new package 2nd day air. They also threw in a pair of matching earrings. I can't wait to give them to my wife for our anniversary.

Awesome Experience and Product
Shipping was super fast, the packaging is amazing and very classy, and the jewelry piece itself is beautiful. Never know what to expect buying from an online seller for the first time but this one gets an A+ from me.

The “hanging” - loose chain effect is not so desirable and it makes putting on and taking off a bit challenging. Otherwise it makes for a nice present at this price point.

The necklace I received greatly surpassed my expectations. I had bought smaller stones in the past, but never expected 2.8 carats to be so large and beautiful. The chain it came on was great also. Normally jewelry comes with something that looks like it would break if the wind blew the wrong way, however, this one is perfect. I can't wait to buy my next piece of jewelry from Dunsten.
