I am trying to contact them for a while now but I don't get any response. I have an issue with importing layouts with their plugin but no sign of life from them. Tried several methods to get in contact.

Pues la verdad, a más tiempo pasa desde que compré el lifetime (cosa que recomiendo) mejor me siento con la compra. De hecho no hice la compra de un producto, sino la de DOS, Divi Awesome y Bricks Awesome, con excelentes resultados ambos.

Lovish es el CEO de la empresa y es una persona muy atenta que siempre intenta ayudar. Acepta siempre sugerencias, y si analizas el código de sus templates ves que están muy bien hechos. Los he analizado con otros webmasters, y coincidimos en que a día de hoy sus productos son literalmente los mejores que hay. Tiene una hoja de ruta con todo lo que va sacando, con la fecha exacta, las previsiones de futuro... lo que están mejorando... en fin... muchos deberían aprender de este equipo y ponerse a vender calidad como hacen ellos.
