I also got charged the membership fee…and still no order

I also got charged the membership fee of $40 on top of the $40 I spent on the razor I ordered at May 7 it’s now June 10 and I still have not received anything. Customer service was quick to get back to me every time I messaged them they also refused to refund the VIP charge but assured me the VIP membership was canceled here are the last 2 emails I received

Additionally, he tracking information indicates that your order has been processed by the shipping company. Please keep in mind that after placing your order, we will process it within 2-3 business days. During this period, we confirm and arrange your order to make sure everything is just right before proceeding.

Depending on item availability, some products might need an additional 7–10 business days for manufacturing and development. This timeframe helps us ensure that we deliver exquisite pieces that uphold our high standards.

Once your order is shipped, it generally takes 7–10 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility, allowing you to track its progress to your home.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I purchased this razor I was so excited for it! Well fast forward to 12 days after I placed my order, they charged me $29.99 for “vip” membership that I wasn’t aware of. There’s nothing on my account that says I have VIP, or how to cancel it. I never got any emails confirming either. Three weeks after ordering I get my razor and it is JUNK. Doesn’t have the dusk brand on it anywhere, the box says “lady shaver” ??? It doesn’t work, my legs are still hair and bumpy after using. They claim it has a 30 day charge time? Absolute joke 😂 I charged 100% before usage and after using it on my legs and face it was down to 74%. That isn’t lasting anybody 30 days. They also claim it’s 100% water proof but the razor I received has no coverage for the charging port so there’s no way it’s waterproof. I asked for a refund and they told me no. I had to go to the bank and get a new debit card to stop them from robbing me more! I also asked the bank to do a chargeback because this is absolutely ridiculous. I regret placing this order SO SO SO much so if you haven’t yet please dont! This is not a legit company it is a scam site. You’re better off ordering the knockoff on Amazon at least they won’t keep charging you

They rob you

When you check out, they automatically enroll you in a vip membership, without your knowledge, and after 12 days they charged your account $29.99. Then, when you catch on, they won't refund your money because you didn't read their lengthy service agreement that has the vip hidden as the last bullet point. I'm pissed right now. Oh, the razor is junk too do not order from them!!! I will be reviewing on all platforms

I made a one-time purchase from Dusk…

I made a one-time purchase from Dusk Beauty and was unknowingly enrolled in a VIP membership that charged me $29.99 monthly—without clear notice, confirmation emails, or an easy way to cancel. The only charge visible on my account was my original order, and I received no emails informing me I had been signed up for a subscription or that further charges would be made.

When I discovered the charges, I tried to cancel the subscription myself but found no option to do so on their site. I had to reach out multiple times, and only when I threatened to report them did I receive an instant reply—after previous messages took about 24 hours to get a response. By that point, they had already charged me again.

They refused to refund the charges, claiming "benefits were used," even though I made no additional purchases after my first order. It’s also worth noting that my original product took over a month to arrive despite their 7–10 business day delivery promise.

I'm not the only one—many other customers have reported the same issue. This business model is designed to trap customers into paying for a membership they didn’t knowingly sign up for, with minimal transparency and delayed customer support.

Proceed with caution. I do not recommend this company.
